I have a Movement with Mindfulness weekend coming up in August
It’s 4 sessions over 2 days
Saturday August 11th & Sunday August 12th
All levels are welcome
We explore different ways of moving outdoors walking,jumping,climbing, hanging, balancing, quadrupedal movements (all fours)to build strength,power,gentleness and efficiency in any body you currently have.
We will be using Parkour as our main vehicle
of play be encouraged by the chance to do something different with a bunch of awesome people.
