Utilice el caldo que me quedó del día de ayer que puse a coser la carne de res para mi salpicon, y lo use como base para un caldito de verduras, le puse calabaza, brocoli y coliflor, lo acompañe con limon, aguacate y chile chipotle, la verdad buenísimo ❤❤💅 Y despues comi 200grs de carne con ensalada , 50 grs de tomate, 10 grs de cebolla cruda, medio aguacate.

All three pictures look identical but they are NOT! I tell every client of mine to measure out their food for this reason. If you’re not measuring and you’re not loosing weight then most likely you’re overeating!
Dinner last night👏🏼🙌🏼 Fajita chicken! Or I guess it could also go by hasselback fajita chicken! Whatever works for you! 🙃🙃 -
Basically just cut slits in the chicken breasts and fill each slit with a bell pepper & onion. I had no olive oil, so I drizzled some bacon fat over the tops then seasoned with HPSalt, cumin(in the other salt grinder), 21 seasoning salute && a little cayenne! Bake that on 450 for 20 minutes. Bring out and cover with cheese. I used colby jack. Then back in the oven until melted! I served mine with a side salad topped with cheddar cheese croutons I sprinkled with everything but the bagel seasoning! So tasty!

OMG I read this in #liesmydoctortoldme
and I had to share it with you guys (hope I don’t get in trouble🙃) ... this book is amazing and really everything he says makes complete sense ... and I’m not just talking about this little bit here ... so many things that my mom and doctor have told me over the years, and then I myself tell my kids 😱 it’s crazy once you start connecting the dots, or lack there of to support the “lies” ... it’ll be interesting to see if I burn easy this summer ... I normally do, or have in the past ... but maybe that’ll change now that I’ve been keto for over a year ... I didn’t get much sun this last year as I try to stay out of it or I lather up with sunscreen ... I’m fair so I’ve always been told by my mom and doctor you’ll burn easy, stay out of the sun, keep covered, and use high SPF sunscreen ... and I did ... but maybe it had more to do with the high sugars, grains, and vegetable oils that was my diet then? ... well it’s time to experiment this summer, of course obviously in a safe way it’s still not good to burn peeps ... but seriously #ketofam

I love this analogy for life, but even more specifically for weight loss....
🌱 “The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit”..... Let that sink in for a minute!!
🍓 Large amounts of weight loss takes time, just like a plant takes time to grow. Before you can enjoy the fruits of your labor, you have to provide water and nourishment.
💪🏼 You have to be consistent, provide your body the nutrients it craves, and water your goals daily. You will become stronger every day because of it.
🌞 Plants need sunlight. They need that brightness to continue to grow. That’s your mindset! You need to look on the bright side, and celebrate and shine light on all of the little moments of your journey, both scale victories, and non-scale victories. If you make mistakes along the way, you grow even stronger from the adversity you face.
🌸 But with time, dedication to the process, and patience, you will blossom. Eventually, you will be able to eat the fruit, but it won’t be on day one. .
⏰ Give yourself time, properly nourish your body daily, and work on brightening your outlook. You got this!
