Went to the gym yesterday and did a light incline walk for 30 minutes. Did a few arm workouts as well. I thought it would be fine but I woke up this morning the same weight🧐I’m going to test it out this week. Not hitting the gym today and tomorrow (family friends are in town anyways), and then I will go to the gym 2 days in a row. I tried changing my macros before too but I’m gonna try out this “no gym” thing instead. If anything, I’ll just try light cardio. I know lots of keto people who started out with diet only and it worked for them. Maybe it’ll work for me?

Chicken Salad 🍗🥗😋 I spent the morning making bagels that I didn’t have time to meal prep for work... which totally justified this $9 Salad from the diner down the street from my work 😝 (I’m the ho that doesn’t like to order salads because I can make it at home for cheaper LOL) BUT look at this sh*t.. it has so much chicken! And a whole hard boiled egg, cheddar cheese, romaine, spinach and iceberg.. plus ranch and a couple salsas 🙌🏽🔥🔥🔥 Totally worth it & so MF delicious #ketolunch #iloveketo

Here’s how the Plain Keto Bagels turned out.. I actually prefer these more than the jalapeño and cheddar ones. It was that freakin Cinnamon “brown sugar” butter that made it beyond AMAZING!! I didn’t have sukrin gold but I had some Lakanto Golden Brown Sugar (erythritol and monkfruit) which I feel worked just as well 👌🏽 Swipe 👈🏽 to the 3rd pic to see it shmeared all over.. oh yeahhh 😛👅💦 .

Super simple recipe:
4-6 crumbled slices of bacon
Half a tomato diced
1/4 cup granted pepperjack cheese
2oz cut up ham
Sprinkle with pepper, Himalayan salt, and paprika!!!

Bagel Recipe today 😋 I love how hers omits cream cheese in the dough, saving more calories and carbs since fathead dough can be pretty caloric as it is. I doubled her recipe and left half original and the other half an onion/garlic/cheddar/everything/jalapeño concoction 🙌🏽🔥 I am also making the “brown sugar” butter to go with the original bagels, cuz yum!! I’ll post a pic of the finished product soon, thanks Anna 💕 .
