Also, knee update. I want to really believe I haven’t torn my MCL, but I have a gut feeling it’s torn a little. So hopefully getting an MRI soon and seeing what happens, because this brace is killing me & not being able to do legs is killing me. I can do air squats.. slowly & I can walk up the stairs with no pain but walking down the stairs there is a little pain. I’m no doctor but if any of my PT or chiro friends wanna help a girl out.. holla 😂
