Always fun joining in with the AM bootcamp group 💪🏻🥊 • These guys put me through my paces making me do burpees, and lots of them 😖 • Being on the opposite end of one of my sessions is both fun and exciting. I love battling through the tough periods as a big group 🙏🏼 • Now these legends are very advanced with their training and are very familiar with the exercises that commonly appear in our sessions. Antes e depois de 1 semana! 😱 Sim, gente isso mesmo one week, mores 😍 Semana passada falei pra vocês que faria um desafio e postaria o resultado hoje. Quais foram as metas: 1. Treinar direitinho todos os dias; 2. Me alimentar bem, de acordo com as recomendações da @nutrimichellevigetti ; 3. Além do treino de musculação, fazer HIIT pelo menos 2 vezes; 4. Não ingerir qualquer tipo de açucar além do que há más frutas; 5. Fazer dieta low carb a partir do horário da janta; 6. A praticar Low Pressure Fitness 5 minutos todos os dias, se possivel 2 vezes ao dia e 30 minutos 1 vez na semana; 7. Dormir bem. Na segunda feira passada fiz as compras do mês, preparei as comidinhas e me alimentei certinho!!!! 100% vegan 🌱 e sem gluten!! Fiz low carb a noite e tomei chá de hortelã na ceia pra ajudar com a inflamação intestinal. Minha barriga ficou bem menos inchada! Mesmo tendo bebido whisky no sábado 😜 No domingo me permiti comer algo diferente! Pão de beijo feito com batata e brigadeiro feito com feijão preto. Treinei musculação de segunda a sábado (treino novo, pesadíssimo), e fiz HIIT na esteira terça, quinta (dias que treinei membros superiores) e domingo. Fiz LPF todos os dias, na maioria dos dias consegui fazer 2 vezes, de manhã ou antes do treino e no pós treino também. Percebi que fazendo no pós treino meu abdomen se mantem tonificado e descobri algo diferente!!! Fazer no pré treino como se fosse um alongamento me deixou com os ombros menos tensos e a dor que costumo sentir no pós treino de costas não ocorreu essa semana 😍 reparem que na foto que estou de costas meus ombros e trapezio estão mais relaxados!!! 🙏 Dormi em média 7 horas por noite e fiz 7 refeições ao longo do dia!! 💙 . Bom, quis fazer esse antes e depois pra mostrar que focar de verdade faz toda a diferença!!! Continuarei focada e disponivel pra dar dicas pra vocês! ❤️🌱 Bora focar comigo!!! ✨ I had an UNBELIEVABLE workout tonight! I have been getting discouraged lately because my workouts haven’t been what I’d like them to be and I know that it is due to pregnancy and the inability to control your hormones/energy; so I try my best to not let that get to me. However, tonight I felt like I could workout and never stop! Circuit #1 (pictured in this video.) • Commandos to Push-Ups: 10 reps • Ball Taps: 10 reps each arm • Pregnancy sit ups (as I like to call them 🤷🏼‍♀️): 15 reps • 1/2 mile sprint. Repeat 3 rounds. Circuit #2 (not pictured.) • KB RDL to squat: 15 reps • Ball Slams to Burpee: 10 reps • Toe Taps: 50 reps • Treadmill Sprints: 20 seconds 3 rounds. Circuit #3 • KB Swings: 20 reps • KB Bicep Curl to Overhead press: 10 reps (I used 30lbs) • Burpees: 15 reps • Wall Balls: 10 reps 3 rounds. . To my pregnant mamas, it’s okay to be discouraged at times. It’s hard not being able to do what once was so easy! It’s hard to have days where walking to the car tires you out. It’s okay to have days where you feel completely defeated. But the one thing I can say.. is try your best to not let that control you daily! Get up and move!
