Getting closer and closer to baby time I have so many emotions.
So excited for this sweet little girl to join the family. What will she look like? What will she be like? I remember having the same thoughts about Oceana and she went above and beyond what I ever thought she would be like.
I'm also scared and worried. Having a NICU baby the first time I get scarred. I don't want to go through having a sick baby again. I pray all the time that I have a healthy baby and don't have to experience what I did 2 years ago because it's a challenge road.
I also think sometimes how can I love anyone more then I love Oceana? How is it possible? It's kinda of crazy to think I will have another human just like her who I love just as much. I'm still wrapping my head around that part though.
Like I said sooo many emotions and so much running through my head. I appreciate all the love and the prays! ❤️

Hit up Duo gym for what turned out to be a pretty good workout 🤗I wasn’t really feeling it when I left the house, that happens sometimes...but as soon as 1 minute into my 10 min rower warmup..I was pumped🤛 10 min rower warmup Landmine squat/rdl superset 12 reps 5sets each. Leg press / 180* jump squat 20 reps 5sets each. Bulgarian split squat/ side to side lunges 10 reps each side 3 sets. Walking lunges lunge, lunge,squat rhythm. Down and back 4sets. Personal post..I have all this athleticism and don't know what to do with it. I'm literally in my physical prime and don't want to put it to waste. I feel like when I get older the first thing that's going to go away is my explosiveness so I want to take advantage of that while I can. Plus it already comes natural to me. I'm thinking I'll make calisthenics a primary focus when I get into my 30's not that I won't practice at all, just wanna take full advantage of my fast twitch muscles while I'm at my peak. Plus I still have alot to learn about the human body guys I'm still relatively new to personal training. My clients consist of regular corporate working folks and teenage athletes so as far as advanced pro level stuff I'm reading up on it and learning everyday. I'm a year and a half in. Many of the trainers I've talked to have been doing this 10 years plus.
