happy tuesday friends! i got to sleep in til almost 6 ! what!? no work til 10:30 so I slept in and it was honestly magic. didn't struggle to wake up or anything. love getting a good amount of sleep! # @ the gym i foam rolled for a while and then did a warmup walk to jog for 10 mins then did 25 mins of hiit! 2 mins recovery (@ 3.3-4mph 7% incline) and 2 min runs (@ 8.2-9.5 mph @ 2% incline) + 1 bonus minute sprint (0% incline, 10.5 mph) then i did hella core stuff with the bosu. which i filmed to post for y'all! ✨

I used to think yoga was overrated stretching.⠀ ⠀ I didn't realize that, depending on the type, it could really get your muscles burning and your heart pumping.⠀ ⠀ Now that I've shifted away from running to walking and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts, I've come to love my yoga practice.⠀ ⠀ As the years pass, I see (and feel) a huge value in it for remaining flexible and less prone to injury from other workouts.⠀ ⠀ And it's been SO good for my soul.
