Mix thoroughly, then add dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix until combined Bake bread for about an hour and 10 minutes. Bread should spring back to the touch. Or you can insert a toothpick in the middle. It should come out clean (no batter sticking to it.)

All I did was roll up corn tortillas filled with the shredded chicken in a baking dish, poured enchilada sauce over it and topped it with shredded cheese! Curry chicken with rice pilaf! I marinated the chicken thighs in Greek yogurt, curry powder, garlic salt and pepper. I then heated a cast iron skillet on high heat with olive oil and seared the chicken skin side down for about 5 minutes. I used about 2 pounds of meat. If you plan on using that same amount, then I would suggest cutting back on the seasoning packets.

Thinly slice sirloin steak, season with salt and pepper and add it to the onions and mushrooms 20 minutes after you started the initial cooking process. Slice bell peppers in half(length wide) and remove the seeds and discard them. Add one slice provolone to the bottom of bell pepper, then add meat/onion/mushroom mixture to bell peppers and top with one slice of provolone. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese as melted and started to brown! Enjoy! *side note:you can substitute sirloin steak for roast beef*
I’m not a baker so I had to find a good recipe for Tres Leches, and who better than @thepioneerwoman * 1 cup All-purpose Flour * 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder * 1/4 teaspoon Salt * 5 whole Eggs * 1 cup Sugar, Divided * 1 teaspoon Vanilla * 1/3 cup Milk * 1 can Evaporated Milk * 1 can Sweetened, Condensed Milk * 1/4 cup Heavy Cream * _____ * FOR THE ICING: * 1 pint Heavy Cream, For Whipping * 3 Tablespoons Sugar * 1 tsp vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan liberally until coated. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar on high speed until yolks are pale yellow. Stir in milk and vanilla. Pour egg yolk mixture over the flour mixture and stir very gently until combined. Beat egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form. With the mixer on, pour in remaining 1/4 cup sugar and beat until egg whites are stiff but not dry. Fold egg white mixture into the batter very gently until just combined. Pour into prepared pan and spread to even out the surface. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Turn cake out onto a rimmed platter and allow to cool. Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream in a small pitcher. When cake is cool, pierce the surface with a fork several times. Slowly drizzle all but about 1 cup of the milk mixture—try to get as much around the edges of the cake as you can. Allow the cake to absorb the milk mixture for 30 minutes. To ice the cake, whip 1 pint heavy cream with 3 tablespoons of sugar until thick and spreadable. Heat a Dutch oven over medium heat. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper. Add the oil to the pot and sear the chuck roast until browned, 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from the pot. Add the ground beef and chorizo and cook until browned, 7 to 8 minutes; drain off excess fat if necessary. Add the garlic, onion and jalapeno and cook for 2 minutes, then return the chuck roast back to the pot with the beer, tomatoes and tomato paste. Using scissors, snip the guajillo chiles into small strips. Add to the pot and bring to a boil. Mix in the chili powder, cumin, oregano, bay leaves and 2 tablespoons salt. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove the bay leaves. Add the beans to the pot. Combine the masa and 1/2 cup water in a small bowl, then stir the mixture into the pot. Continue to simmer until the chili thickens.

So I used my rice cooker I went ahead and poured in 1 cup of basmati rice (and rinsed it 3 times) I then added in water (follow directions on bag) I then added in about 1 cup of shelled Lima beans and sprinkled in dried dill (if you have access to fresh dill, it will taste a lot better) Set your rice cooker and enjoy!

Did you know you could freeze cooked brisket?! Well you can...we always have extra brisket because we overestimate how much we need! Once the bbq is cooked, let it cool and wrap it in saran wrap, then foil and place it in a zip lock. Then freeze. We froze ours for about two weeks. Once you defrost it, preheat your oven to 250 F. Use a deep oven safe dish, place the brisket in the dish and pour over beef broth. 1 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and minced For the Sauce:
3 TBS soy sauce
3 TBS hoisin sauce
1 TBS sesame oil
1 TBS rice vinegar
1 TBS peanut butter
1 TBS honey
½ tsp garlic powder . . 👉🏼Mix together all sauce ingredients. 👉🏼Heat 2 TBS peanut oil in a frying pan or wok and then add ground chicken. 👉🏼Add onion after 5-10 minutes and until the onion is becoming translucent. 👉🏼Add water chestnuts and cook for 5 minutes 👉🏼Add sauce and simmer on low heat until all ingredients are covered in the sauce. ☀️Top with green onions and serve in lettuce scoops☀️

Using the same spoon spread 1/2 of the butter/brown sugar paste over the bread. 👉🏼Top with remaining french bread slices, pour remaining egg mixture over slowly over the bread slices; using a spoon to work it into the bread. Spread with the remaining butter/brown sugar paste. (MAKE SURE THAT THE BREAD IS COMPLETELY SATURATED IN THE EGG MIXTURE) 👉🏼Cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight. 👉🏼Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking. 👉🏼Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. 👉🏼Allow to set 10-15 minutes before slicing. ☀️Top with powdered sugar, fresh fruits and syrup☀️
