If vegan, just take out the cheese and you’re all set 🤗🤗 Ingredients: 1 pound Brussels sprouts 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup pecan pieces 1/4 cup shaved manchego cheese 1 small shallot minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar Salt and pepper to taste *Using a food processor attachment or a sharp knife, shred Brussels sprouts. In a large bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds, pecans, manchego, and shallot. Whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour dressing over salad and mix to combine. Cinnamon Butter Cookies . 2 cups almond flour ½ cup grass-fed butter, room temp 1 egg 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon liquid stevia Pinch sea salt -- Preheat oven to 300°F. . Add everything to a bowl and mix well. Spoon 14 heaping tablespoons onto a nonstick baking sheet. Press tops to form round circles (batter will spread a bit, so give yourself room). . Enjoy!

Haven’t had oats in what seems like the longest time, because I was worried that it was causing me to bloat and feel lethargic (it was the worst possible realization ever 😫. Has anyone else felt like this after eating oats?) Anyway, I was feeling the oat vibes today so I decided to try them and see how I felt after. I added collagen and had them without chia seeds, like I usual add to my oats, and I didn’t feel super tired or like I had eaten 12 donuts without breathing!! I definitely think that taking a break from them helped with my digestion, but whatever it was, I’m just glad I can now partake in #oatporn instead of lustfully looking at oatmeal pics on ig 🎉 Also, hiii 🙋🏾‍♀️ I feel like I haven’t been here in forever!! I eat smoothies with raw egg yolk🙊🙊 OK, SO I EAT SMOOTHIES WITH RAW EGG YOLKS. BUT IS IT SAFE? There is a LOT of heated debate out there about whether or not it’s safe to eat raw eggs. I’ve done some research myself, and here’s my take on the whole issue: – According to Dr. Mercola’s web site, only 1 in 30,000 eggs even has a salmonella problem. If I eat three raw eggs a day, statistics say it would take more than 27 years before I’d actually run across one with salmonella. Of course, I know life isn’t about statistics, but you get the point. – Raw egg yolks from a quality source are even less likely to contain salmonella. Healthy, pastured chickens with lots of sun exposure aren’t going have much salmonella to pass on to their eggs. SO, WHAT MAKES EGG YOLKS SO SPECIAL? – Fat soluble vitamins are highly concentrated in egg yolks. This is where all the valuable vitamin A, D, E and K are stored. These are the vitamins that were revered in cultures studied by Weston A. Price. – The yolk is also where you’re going to find plenty of B vitamins (like the very crucial B6 and B12, which many people are short on), plus minerals like calcium and zinc. Uno de mis momentos favoritos del día es el desayuno y la 2da comida del día. Desayuno: sandwich de pan integral con jamón de pavo y queso edam light con mi super taza de café americano 2da comida: 1 tostada #lowcarb con mermelada de higo sin azúcar y quesito light con otra rebanada de pan y huevo a la plancha que chafe un poco y por supuesto otra taza de café. Suelo tomar 3 tazas de café al día tipo americano... me encanta!!! INGREDIENTS • 1.5 frozen bananas • 150g frozen raspberries • 80ml @truenopaluk Cactus Water • 1 tsp cashew butter (optional but makes it even more creamy!) • Any toppings you fancy! Method - Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy! You'll need to give the mixture a stir a couple of times to ensure it's all blending properly. Ayer preparé un #banabread con la receta base de @inmabas sólo le añadí protein crunch de @mybodygenius y coco rallado que le da un toque muy rico 😍 🔹2 huevos 🔹50gr de harina de arroz 🔹50 gr de harina de coco 🔹2 plátanos 🔹Canela 🔹20gr aceite de coco 🔹50-100ml de leche de almendras La verdad que lo hago prácticamente todas las semanas, para tenerlo como #snack Espero que tengáis muy buen lunes 😘😘

If you find it hard to get up your fat amount on a keto diet this is what you should aim for 😉 I used cocoa butter, extra virgin coconut oil, organic peanut butter, cocoa powder for chocolate flavour and a small amount of lacanto monk fruit sweetener 👌 I like that they not tasting overly coconuty but more like chocolatey!
