I mixed shredded chicken with 1 tbsp reduced fat pesto (1.5 syns) and 1 tbsp light mayo (2 syns) and put it in a Weight Watchers wrap (HExB) with some salad leaves. Strawberry Cheesecake by @healthfulpursuit Headover to her page for loads of deliciously healthy recipes! #recipe 👇 ➕➕INGREDIENTS 8 lite coconut milk ice cubes, about ½ can frozen 2 cups sliced strawberries, frozen 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 cup non-dairy milk 4 fresh strawberries, chopped ½ cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs . ⏩⏩Instructions Place coconut milk cubes, frozen strawberries, lemon juice, vinegar, and vanilla in your food processor. Pulse with the “S” blade until mixture is broken up. It should look like pieces of hail in the bowl. This process takes about 30 seconds of pulsing on and off. Continuing to pulse, add non-dairy milk slowly. Use up to 1 cup. Discontinue when mixture forms a ball. Remove ice cream ball from processor and place in a large bowl. Mix in fresh strawberries and graham cracker crumbs. I bought these shorts last week for $19. The tops I've had in my closet, the white shirt I wore on my 21st birthday ( over 40 lbs lost since than), the black tank I usually only ever wore to bed because it was too tight, and that last one was gifted to my fiance over 2 years ago. It didn't fit either of us but...now it fits me! (And I'm sure it fits him cause he's doing amazing and working his butt off!) Not only are my shorts a size 18...3 sizes smaller than May 1st. But I'm down over 40lbs. That white shirt was super uncomfortable and "short" on my 21st. Saturday I wore it and felt amazing! That black tank top is now one of my faves and the camo one is great ! Going from a 24 (almost 26), and 3x in shirts TO an 18 and 1x - xl is weird. But it's a good weird. It's weird to be so open on here about the weight loss and inches loss. But I'm sure there are people following me that are in a similar situation! If I can do it....anyone can :) Don't give in to fad dieting, weight loss supplements, just eat natural good, whole foods. I’m a HUGE fan of buying organic (or market garden) produce and am often challenged to justify the extra expense and extra time spent to source it. Just the difference in flavour, never mind the extra nutritional value is good enough reason. And who really wants to unnecessarily ingest an overload of pesticides and chemicals every day? Now let me start by saying I fully understand about a healthy balanced diet. I think when you go vegan you have to educate yourself and food definitely becomes more interesting (you know, to make sure you don't die of protein deficiency 😂) hence why I've put a stone on since 😆😫 BUT, sometimes you just need to shift a bit of over indulgence. I used Slim fast years ago 😬 I found it simple and easy to follow. Of course the shakes contained milk. But I've just seen this in Asda and it's totally vegan, and looks like they've packed a whole ton of goodness into it too 🌱Just had one to test and it's actually really lovely! Made with water but still creamy. I have a few occasions coming up in the next few months where I'd like to feel pretty again and not self conscious. I know long term i need to cut down on bread 🍞and snacking 😩but hoping to give it a kick start with this 🤞🏼#slimfast
