Beans and chickpeas are also a problem, so I currently eat very little of those. The past few days I’ve been moving and getting into a new routine. Life is changing and as much as I talk about embracing the change...it’s been pretty difficult. _ I have a tendency to try and hide the struggle when shit gets tough because I don’t like to be looked at as weak.
