Who am I am anymore?
When I was younger I was a friend, employee, daughter, and sister. Then I got married and became a wife and a fur mom. I became an aunt, sister in law and daughter in law. Then I was blessed with 2 amazing daughters. And life changed. I became a Mom, wife, caregiver, employee, daughter, sister, aunt, sister in law, and daughter in law. Life changed, I changed all I did was take care of everyone else.
I still do to an extent. For the last two years added being a health and fitness, being an advocate for myself and my community has been amazing, but now life is changing and evolving again and I truly don't even know who I am anymore.
What are my passions, what do I enjoy, what makes me happy? I simply don't know anymore. I guess it's time for some more self reflection as I sit here and fold my third load of laundry today.

exercise is very important. When you exercise even for 5 minutes, your brain 🧠 releases ENDORPHINS. you feel good about yourself. you feel happy. you think better and you perform better. It isn’t about what we see in the mirror, it is about how we feel. Be active and Be intensely future oriented. Do not live for a moment like SMALL MINDED people. Ask yourself daily, how your life will be different 5-10 years from now if you have done such and such differently? So, do you see yourself getting there according to your current action? “What you do repeatedly becomes a habit.” And “Changing your bad habits are really important.” as Michael kami, The strategy expert, wrote, “Those who do not plan for the future cannot have one.” Think!!

This week is back to the grind for us ladies. Gotta make time for healthy meals as well. Mixed greens, carrots, mushrooms, avocado, cucumber, sunflower seeds, bee pollen, poppy seeds, turmeric, and tomatoes. All organic of course. Tryin to get all those colors. #health
I’ve been there too.
Feeling uncomfortable in your skin. Changing clothes five times because none of the outfits you try on make you feel beautiful. Looking in the mirror wishing you had the body of one of your “fitness inspirations”. Always wanting to accomplish your goals but never thinking it’s really possible.
How much longer are you going to continue feeling like this? At what point do you stop and tell yourself, you CAN do this? It’s not a matter of CAN or CAN’T, instead it’s a matter of you WILL or you WON’T.
It’s not impossible for you to look like that girl you alway see on instagram. In fact, its quite truly very achievable. All it takes is hard work, dedication and discipline.
When I say it’s achievable, by no means am I saying it’s easy. It’s hard as hell, but if you’re tired of not being confident in yourself, isn’t the hard work worth it?
Stop telling yourself it’s not possible. Stop saying “I wish I had as much motivation as her.” Stop making excuses. Because when you stop making excuses and start taking action, you’ll slowly start to develop the confidence in yourself you never knew you had.
