Fiber is something you need to get into your diet everyday because it’s it helps regulate your blood sugar and it can help you feel full! Whole fruits are a great source of fiber (also lots of other nutrients). I like to keep a bowl out in either my kitchen or living room so that I can easily grab a piece whenever I’m feeling like having a snack💪🏼 Have a great day guys!!

When I make it, and I’m being interviewed, and they ask me how I did it, and I explain to them, the only difference was my work ethic. I was willing to do things nobody else was. Yummy red,yellow, orange bell pepper goulash. Buy a bag of multicolored peppers. Chop. Saute onions, and garlic in olive oil or coconut oil. Then add peppers. Cook until tender.
