How I used to do pull ups vs how I do them now. I used to focus on feeding my ego by cranking out as many reps as I could, not worrying about having control or using my full range of motion. It was all about the numbers. I now focus on controlling the whole movement from bottom to top, taking it slow, focusing on quality rather than quantity. It may not look as impressive as the first video, but let me tell ya, I feel so much stronger in the second clip 😭
Out of everything in my life...I will FOREVER feel this was my biggest accomplishment. Any material item I buy will never add up to the feeling I feel when I can SHOW my daughter there is proof that if you work hard you can do anything you believe you can do. Showing her pictures ,telling her stories , letting her put on my medals bring me more joy then anything!!! ❤ #over100 #Gymnast
