View from Hallgrímskirkja church 😍
This little church was at the top of the hill in Vik - definitely worth the walk for the view. There are loads of these little churches scattered around Iceland's countryside, and they kinda remind me of the setting for a Midwest American zombie apocalypse. But apparently this one is the safest place to be in if the nearby Katla volcano erupts! #MiniAdventuresinIceland #MiniAdventuresAbroad
Couldn’t get any good pictures this day so I felt a Video would be better to post. 🤷♀️ My camera lens unfortunately spent the entire day fogging up due to the rain, cold weather and wind of course 😩
The Blue Lagoon was something else💗
The village of Vik in Iceland, home to around 300 residents, is a world away from today. Tube delays, fighting through platforms and making it home for a decently timed dinner are a bump back to reality. But as much as I adore reviews like this, I've realised I do thrive on the buzz of the city. Being able to have both worlds in my life is definitely a pretty sweet position to be in. #MiniAdventuresinIceland #MiniAdventuresAbroad
Hello from Iceland! 🇮🇸 It’s a dream being here and finally discovering one of the prettiest island country in the world! Iceland is home to only 300,000 people but the numbers of tourists is just crazy reaching 2 million per year! I know now why it’s so popular! ❄️
