Altering our mind-set to being more positive and, perhaps also more assertive, enables us to totally rethink who we are. Not only who we are at the present time, but who we aspire to be tomorrow, and the next day, and the next…. To even think of changing the way we approach and live life without taking time to firstly get our “think set” in gear, would prevent us from ever signalling and moving off. Know what I mean? Of course you do!

During our personal development journeys and the journey of entrepreneurship, there will be frustrating days/weeks/months or years which can lead us to speak things in ways that we shouldn't... In the book of Proverbs 18:21 it is written that "LIFE & DEATH is in the power of the tongue". The book of James 3:5-10 goes on to describe how powerful and deadly the tongue can be "though a small vessel boast great things" and even describes it as a deadly poison if one is not careful.
Therefore we must be careful what we speak into our own lives and our businesses and continue to speak things as though they were positively even when the situation is dark and things seem slow in movement💯🙏🏾 #TheInspirationalGuru

A little combo from this mornings cardio/leg sesh 👉🏼 20 overhead reverse lunges + 20 jump squats + 100 skips x 5 sets. This will certainly get the heart rate pumping and legs burning 😘
I am determined to build my booty. 2 months until my wedding!!! It’s so important to keep chasing those goals! Once you smash one, move onto the next 💪🏼 Ps. Yes my legs wobble, yes I have fat on my legs, yes I am human, yes I rock my booty pants despite all that. Be kinder to yourself and own it sister! I have worked incredibly hard for this bod and although I am not in love with every inch of my body, I am constantly working physically, mentally and emotionally to change that 😉

Why is it common for many women to blow their health and fitness goals on one meal and instead of getting back on the road with their next meal. This is known as “blown tyre syndrome” – you blew one tyre, you might as well blow them all. Not too logical, right?
Applying this reasoning, if you’ve slipped up maybe one meal, a weekend or even a week (or longer), there’s no reason to undo all your previous hard word. Stop for a minute. Get out the car. The sooner you fix the “tyre” and get back on the “health and fitness” road, the sooner you’ll reach your destination.
