Working on getting my living room steps in while cheering on Sweden, and suddenly, I had an intense craving for an apple...so I’m eating an apple with zero thoughts about calories, points, carbs, etc. It’s funny how when you’re learning to listen, your body might just tell you exactly what it wants.

CJ and I went to yoga together this morning! We followed it up with some core work.
These feet are amazing, let me just tell you!
This week these feet (and these legs) have carried me through SEVEN workouts, including running, stairs, squats, crossramp, basically all.the.cardio...and more...but also they held me up during five straight days of working two jobs (one of which I'm on my feet for almost 4 hours.
They used to carry almost 400 lbs around when I didn't care about myself, but they never gave up on me.
They have arthritis that I've had since I was 10 years old, but they don't give up.
They've even completed a half marathon and all the training leading up to that!
I could sit here and pick apart the way these legs look, but I choose to celebrate them instead and tomorrow...I'm choosing to rest them as much as humanly possible!
Benjamin and I took a break from the Y and ate some lunch before hitting the gym and basketball again. He found some friends to play with this time and I got in another workout. This time I did a #hiitworkout
on the treadmill and one on the #stairmill
before working just a little on biceps and triceps. And...I am done!

I made a thing! This is my frugal DIY jewelry holder... I didn’t want a bulky jewelry box so I decided to make this! I already had the frame, repurposed from a broken mirror. The rest of the materials cost about $10 and now o have this beauty! I’m not the most creative so when I have a DIY idea that works, I’m pretty excited! 👍🏼👍🏼 DIY can be frugal and fun!
