Came in tonight and flung dinner together in 20minutes which I actually hate doing! But that’s life. Flashback to last week when I had all day to prepare dinner and cooked the oxtail over night and had the onions and chillis in lime juice and olive oil all day. We thought it tasted immense and can’t wait to make it again. I love making different things and taking all day to prepare.

to bring out a vegan option and finally they have and it’s a full vegan menu with 4 different burgers, chilli cheese fries and vegan nuggets... Kiddies meals too! 😊 I went for the cluck-free daring spicy burger which is a vegan crispy chicken breast with vegan cheese, jalapeños, red onion, lettuce, topped with sriracha mayo and served on a brioche bun. Also had some Cajun fries and cluck-free nuggets and I ate every single last bit. Loved everything, especially the burger, tasted very much like chicken and the vegan cheese was perfect! Definitely be back to try the moo-less burger next time. Oh and everything really reasonably priced and super quick and friendly service, 10/10 from me 😊💚🌱🌱

Oh man, I have been meaning to go to @spanishbutcher
since it opened. I FINALLY made it down on Saturday and it was everything I hoped it would be and more!
We decided to go for the Galician Blond Chateau to share, which is priced per 100g and comes with two sauces and two sides. The difference with this beef is it comes from 12-14 year old Spanish cows meaning the meat has a slightly tougher texture than young Scottish beef but the flavour was UNREAL. Some of the best beef I have had.
I know this picture isn’t all that exciting, but sometimes it’s the simple things that bring the most joy - like a really fucking great steak! I can’t wait to go back and try the Presa Iberico de Bellota, and basically everything else on the menu!

menu did not disappoint!
A fully veggie (mostly vegan) menu with really creative combinations made it tough to choose but I ordered the Kimchi pancakes with silken tofu, wakame salad with sesame & ponzu dressing - so deliciously fresh with a wee kick.
My granola this morning is pretty dull in comparison tbh.

why have I taken so long to come and brunch with you?! Your menu is to DIE for(!) Just look at that steam coming off my eggs 😍 There’s soooo many brunch options here and the atmosphere is so chill (great music playlist in my humble opinion) and the coffee is really good too. I went for the “Reuben-ish eggs” and it was bloody delicious 🤩😍 It consisted of freshly baked sourdough toast topped with sauerkraut, siracha mayo, pastrami, pickled gherkins and two spicy poached eggs with a side of mint yogurt and avocado. The dish had a real kick to it (a wee bit spicay 🌶) and i practically licked my plate clean 😂🤦🏽♀️ When can I come again?!
