Today I successfully, to failure, performed 3 sets of 10 reverse (EZ bar) curl. My last reps were only 8. Couldn't do any more. Haha
My forearms and biceps are happy. 💪
And to top it off I stretched my biceps after thanks to my good yogi friend Eric who taught me how earlier this month! I didn't use that as one of my new things and totally should have. Feels awesome. You should try it. 😊

Probably THE most common question people ask me is: "how long did it take you to see progress?"
MY ANSWER: Idk🤷🏻♀️
Obviously, I actually do know because I went through the experience myself, but I hate answering that question. It sounds like such an ultimatum. What if I say 2 months, will you say too long and quit? If I say 3 weeks and you've been lifting for 3 weeks but haven't seen a hint of change, would you throw in the towel? Progress will be different for everyone because it's based on SO. MUCH⬇️
Your diet, your starting weight, your starting lean muscle mass, your hormones, your metabolism, your previous activities, what you do when you don't workout, what you do when you DO workout etc etc.
Instead of asking WHEN someone else started seeing results, ask yourself WHY you want to know, and tackle the problem from there. Is it because you're losing motivation? Have you been scrolling through the gram for too long and you're now comparing your progress to someone else's? IF you haven't seen progress, ask yourself what you can change. KEEP TRYING. Progress is like time. You don't notice the seconds that pass in the day, but out of nowhere it's February 2018 and you're 5 years late on your goals🤷🏻♀️
Start NOW keep going ALWAYS and quit NEVER.❤️❤️❤️

Lol I was too lazy to put my shoes back on after deadlifting so I pretty much finished my workout in my socks(: anyway did some kettlebell RDL’s today and it felt so good. Felt the stretch all the way down my hamstring😍 The best feeling. You can do these using a barbell as well, but I decided to switch it up today. While performing these, keep your back neutral and keep the legs fairly straight so you feel the stretch💪💪give it a go
for my booty.. a cardio booty with no weight lifting and a booty that weight lifts.. yes for the transformation!! Left picture I was only doing cardio exercises and didn’t lift weights much.. right picture I lift and squat weights and work on my glutes. Thank you to my awesome trainers, but thank you Mike for working my butt extra hard.
