WHY ARE YOU LOOKING FOR CHANGE?
When embarking on your own health and fitness journey this is an essential question to ask yourself. So many people think that by changing their bodies all of their issues will magically disappear into thin air. They think that people will treat them differently..They think they will have this overpowering new found confidence that allows them to do whatever they were afraid to do before...They see the weight loss as not only a physical loss, but a loss of all baggage, all fear, all self-doubt, all negativity…. I’m here to tell you, that DOES not happen. True change happens within you, Physically changing your body won't change how you feel inside at the end of the day. Trust me...I know! You need to change your mind before you can change your body.

Got the serious face for deadlifts ... 10 minute EMOM 1 deadlift increasing by 1 every minute... this was the last set.
FOR REAL THOUGH☝️ I still have days where I doubt myself, and want to just give up and go back to working 60 hours because that is the easy... BUT the difference now is I want to be HAPPY😊 I want to workout every day, I want to take care of my mind every day, AND I want to motivate others to do the same thing👊👀 NO MORE DOUBT PEOPLE, NO MORE➡️throw that sh*t right out your back window, down a huge mountain, into a dragons mouth and drive as fast as you can away from it!
If I can do it, you can do it💖🙋♀️
I almost skipped today, but I can't miss a Monday, right?
I put together a super quick @terracorefitness
workout I could do at home, and I was able to finish before my daughter's bedtime.
I did 3 rounds of 6 movements, and I didn't take any breaks. I just kept moving to keep my heart rate up.
It may not be what I had planned for today, but at least I moved my body. I didn't give in to the lack of motivation, I sucked it up and got it done.
Even when you don't want to, MAKE IT HAPPEN. That's the difference between seeing results, and staying stagnant.

. Over the last couple of years I’ve lost muscle mass and gained more fat than I’ve ever had in my life. I no longer have my ballerina bod.
So now here I stand before you, in all my honest glory, chubby and DETERMINED to get healthy again. This is just the start of my fitness journey and this instagram page is going to document all of it. Good bad and ugly.

Shoulders tonight 💪🏽🔥 My absolute fav day and then legs is a close second. I used to have the common misconception that working out your upper body will make you more “manly” or “unattractive”, I’d hit the cardio machines only in order to lose weight and didn’t focus on anything else. So glad I was able to educate myself more on different forms of getting healthier and not just worrying about the number on the scale. Started my fitness journey weighting almost 200 pounds 🤭 I can see the difference now not just physically but mentally. Homie said I need to cut the carbs down, I think he’s right 😂 looking too thick and I am not liking it at ALL. Todays leg day destroyed me but also showed me how much potential I have to push myself to the max! Yes I still eat sweets. And carbs. And sometimes I have coffee that is less coffee and mostly sugar and that is okay
Enjoying your life is okay even if it means that the next day you don't wake up with abs
I preach a healthy lifestyle and sometimes I think I forget to mention that part of being healthy is just enjoying the moment, the company and whatever food you want to eat
We only get one life so live it as healthy as you possibly can and sometimes that means having a cookie for dessert and getting pasta instead of salad

Todays workout reflected how my day went - less than perfect. It has been an emotional rollercoaster kind of day and my workout was the same. I wanted to give up, I wanted to push myself harder than ever before, and somewhere in between is where I fell. .
Was it my best? No, definitely not. But instead of not doing it, I bucked up, and showed up. .
