I have had so much positive feedback from these workouts that I have decided to continue the 15 minute workout series! 👍🏻 - No need to worry about trying to figure out what to do. All you need to focus on is finding 15 free minutes and I will give you the workout! Just get moving ! 😁💪🏻 - Today’s workout is an abs/core circuit. Each exercise is performed one after another with minimal rest. After the last exercise is completed, rest 60 seconds. Complete this circuit 4 times and you are done! Your abs will be sore for days after this one 😅😉 **a note on the circuit workouts- Due to my followers being all training levels, I had to allow for the workouts to reflect that. Some workouts may seem too easy and some may be too hard. If you find that any workout is too hard for you, simply make them easier! For example, if a workout includes 10 push ups but you can only complete a few, do your best to get those few push ups in, or just remove them entirely. You can even replace an exercise with another one! Continuing on with the #alphabetfitness series and today’s letter is ‘I’ 💙 ‘I’ is for INCLINE PUSH-UP. This is a very beginner friendly version of one of the best exercises out there. I prefer this way over girl pushups. The higher the incline, the easier the movement. Make sure you go down until the mid to bottom of your chest touches the platform. Push up with the hardest part of your palm (the bottom) and flex your armpit muscles. Perfect these before doing pushups on the ground.
