Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. We have to make it a priority to be healthy mentally. It really is the best thing when you aren’t feeling fresh and ready to go. I always seem to eat better when I have exercised as I don’t want to ruin the effort I’ve put in, which is why I think the daily exercises are so important. ♥️💪🏻♥️

You’ve got to remember, you don’t compete with anyone but yourself, but by not acknowledging the external force, you make them compete with you, not the other way around! You focus on the internal pressure that drives you, run to it, embrace it, feel it! So that no one else can throw more on you that you’ve already put on yourself!!
