i rly miss the gym tbh, i’ve been trying to do something active everyday but it’s just not the same. i miss feelin strong and motivated rather than sick n sluggish. anyways, wishing u all a wonderful tuesday!! 💘
Same pose & same picture, but 20 lbs difference in between lol💪🏻 Stronger, wiser & with a little more fluff! 🤷🏻♀️ I’m getting ready to drop my calories in a couple of weeks but will still be in a caloric surplus for a while longer because I’m going to go very slowly! Will also hold off on the cardio for a bit & start with incorporating my steps for each day (which is one of the easiest things you can do to boost up your metabolism). I am also super excited because I will be posting more workout videos again 🙌🏻🔥
Its weird to think of myself intentionally putting on weight. It took a lot out of me not to be upset at how lean everyone else looked & compare. Especially now that it’s hot & it’s time for beach trips but I still got this bulk bod.
Still trynna gain a few more lbs & make a few more improvements but overall hoping to come out of this bulk with all my strength, mental & metabolic gains ❤️

How many times have you heard you need to lift light weights for more reps to build muscle💪🏼 or you need to Lift heavy and improve strength to get bigger or you need to eat less calories to lose weight. 🏋️♀️Tons of information out there to accomplish any of your goals but if you aren’t consistent none of it will work.
It’s so easy to forget especially in the beginning stages of your training. So many times we start programs and quit after a few weeks or make excuses for cheating on our diet. That’s fine once in awhile we are human. But for any plan you decide to try .. CONSISTENCY is where you must live. Follow and like check back @motivational_sounds
