Dinner combo tonight! I was so drained today so I’ve decided to re-fuel myself with a combo of healthy meals for dinner!
1. 🥣 veggie broth with zucchini noodles, roasted cauliflower, squash and broccoli 🥦
2. 🥗🐟 arugula salad with steamed wild caught salmon
3. 🍮 dessert! Chia pudding with unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon and a pinch of hemp seeds.

Monkey is the third person in our family to be hit with the flu. We are on day 4 and she’s at that point where she is starting to get better, so she has a bit of energy, but she still feels rotten, so she is super crabby. The struggle is real.

book, Bento Power), soy yogurt, a mix of papaya, blackberries, and raspberries, and a small pot of cashew cream (also from @shisodelicious
