Hello friends! I know I don’t talk about myself that much on here, and I’m slowly trying to change that. I started my yoga journey based on how beautiful the poses “asanas” looked. I think it’s so creative and beautiful how we can create art with our body. Recently, for the past few months since my amazing retreat with my AIR family, I’ve turned inward. I’m learning about what practicing yoga really means. I’ve been practicing meditation, connecting my breathe with movement, and reconnecting to my divine self. I feel more alive than ever, and feel like my life is starting to align again. So I’m reaching out to you all, if you have any amazing yoga self books(didn’t know how to word that lol), or podcasts that you love or have amazing enlightening messages, any other outlets.. please share!! Trying to explore and learn as much as I can ♥️♥️
