Gold's Gym in Venice Beach, California is by far the best gym I've ever been to. Arnold Schwarzenegger apparently goes to this gym around 7 AM every morning, and many other celebrities work out here, too.
Still don’t really know how to do this whole “posing to show the gains” thing, but I tried 🤷🏼♀️.
I gave absolutely everything I had to my leg workout tonight. Week 7 is no joke let me tell ya. @desb___
kills me every week (in the best way possible) and I’m honestly sad this guide is coming to an end.
Let me share something with you all, legs are my least favorite muscle group to lift because they aren’t that strong yet. But I know the only way to become the strongest version of myself is to work on what I struggle with, and for me that’s my entire lower body. Change and growth don’t come from what’s comfortable.

I want my channel to be mainly about Training, Nutrition and Mindset but I also just want to be super transparent about my thoughts and what I'm up to day to day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thanks for the support guys, Stay tuned 🙏🏾🎥
Took a week off. Felt good to hit some chest and arms. Don’t mind the tired ass look on my face😰😨
Always been a fan of hitting back with different angles, one of my key favourites is the “DB Row With Head On Bench”
This movement is fantastic as it keeps the tension on the muscle consistent and allows you to force proper activation of the lats, rhomboids and trap muscles.
TIP - Use in a descending set if this movement is new - try doing reps of 15,12,10,8 through 4 sets allowing your nervous system to adjust to the increasing load so you can figure out how much tension should be applied before you go “too heavy”. Keep form as strict as possible throughout every rep.
