Before mentioning them I wanted to say that you don't "need" supplements! I like to use them and I feel like they are a good help, but the most important thing is what you actually EAT. So these won't make gain muscle or lose fat. You need to work for it! ☺️💕💪🏽
.0️⃣ Recovery shake (protein, carbs, creatine) I take it after working out lower body, because I'm trying to maintain muscle.
1️⃣Protein powder. Aiding in weightloss and muscle gain. (I add it into my oatmeal or pancakes etc.)
2️⃣ BCAA. Increases protein synthesis, reduces protein breakdown, helps while working out. (Pre and during workout)
3️⃣Magnesium. It impacts nearly all systems of the body due to its cellular and molecular function. It boosts exercise performance, fights depression, important factor in muscle relaxation, allows nerves to send messages in the brain and nervous system, etc. (Spinach, dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, black beans)
4️⃣Omega 3. Good for heart health, reduce inflammation, improves sleep quality, prevents autoimmune diseases, etc. (Fish, chia seeds, flaxseeds, nuts)
5️⃣Biotin. Benefits include hair growth, stronger nails and healthier skin. (Nuts, sunflower seeds, legumes, bananas)
