"Magic exists. Who can doubt it, when there are rainbows and wildflowers, the music of the wind and the silence of the stars? Anyone who has loved has been touched by magic. It is such a simple and such an extraordinary part of the lives we live."
♡♡♡♡♡ Hiiiiiiii 🦄 I'm turning 19 in a few hours and I'm terrified. I used to look forward to growing older before but now it's something I dread. The older I grow, the more I'm expected to act like an "adult" and to get out of my "fantasy world". I'm a pretty immature person, according to some people but I'm really mature when it comes to things that matter. So who cares if I fangirl when a sequel of my favourite book is in my hands? Or if I laugh happily in public ? Or prance around with plucked flowers in my hair, pretending I'm Fae? The older I get, the more I get chided for my oddness. But there's a spark in me and I don't want it to die. I don't ever want to lose my enthusiasm and thirst for adventure. I don't want to be a good, obedient girl whose thoughts mirror everyone else's. I'm a whole person with my own ideas and thoughts and imagination and I don't want anyone to take my uniqueness away from me. I've seen people judge me whenever I fangirl in public. Why DO PEOPLE JUDGE YOU FOR DOING THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY? IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE ugh. Sorry for the rant 😂 but I had to put this out there. I'm a magical person and NO ONE'S EVERY GONNA TAKE AWAY MY SPARK. ♡♡♡♡♡♡
QOTD: What's YOUR biggest fear? ♡♡♡♡♡♡
