Coffee... how much is too much how much is not enough?
I drink one or two cups max a day but it hasn’t always been the case. I used to be fuelled on coffee but I’ve become super sensitive to it and some days don’t even want it at all.
My go to non coffee drink is a Milk Oolong from the fab @bariteabrewery
in Alnwick. I’m in love with it’s sweetness and I find it’s really great for helping curb sugar cravings too.
