Best risotto you never had. And I'm not saying this because I made it. When I cook with intuition I let it flow through me and guide me like someone else might be whispering in my ear and tell me what to do. And it comes out like magic 🔮💕 I think that most good recipes are never the ones that are planned, there's no grocery list made in advance, just a pair of hands grabbing what's on hand and playing with the ingredients. That's why I like keeping my shelves stacked with nuts, seeds, spices, oils. You never know when or how inspiration hits, so you just have to be there for it ready to put the puzzle pieces together. Feed them til you change them and you'll be changed too in the process 🔪🍃 I'll be posting this recipe soon

Make a chia pot for your breakfast, you’ll be so glad you did.
They sit in the fridge overnight waiting patiently to provide you with an instant nutritious and delicious breakfast.
To make a blueberry and coconut pot, the day or night before warm 1 1/2 cups of blueberries till they’ve burst (you can do this in a microwave in 1-2 minutes or in a small saucepan)
Blend the softened berries with 1 cup coconut milk and 2 tbsp maple syrup until smooth. Stir in 5 tbsp chia seeds. Pour the mixture into 4 glasses to set overnight.
To serve I added coconut yoghurt, more blueberries and pistachios

Have had the hardest time with my eating habits over the last couple weeks! But the lady still tries! The back and forth dance between eating bad and exercising hard has left me in a state of actual inertia and a really uncomfortable gut. When I saw this baby on the menu I was reinspired! I spent yesterday morning careering around the Palatinate (Pfalz) - currently all bare vines and blossoming almond trees - in a pale blue 1979 VW campervan (a press trip with the fabulous @culinaryheritagepfalz
). I sadly only got five minutes in the company of this chap and his 50 furry friends, but I’m looking forward to returning to @zeiselbacherhof
at some point to learn more about the small-batch goat cheeses they produce each summer. My Stories from the whole trip are still up ☝️covering this fine chap as well as regional mustard, herbal teas and whisky from three other passionate small-scale producers 🥃

🍦 I’m seeing lots of people cutting added sugar completely, taking up #nosugar
challenges and giving up any kind of added sugar in their foods, hoping they’d get leaner this way.
I’ve cut sugar a few times, too. And I had some great results - feeling better, less cravings, feeling fuller after meals, losing a bit of fat.
But guess what? Those effects are not caused by simply giving up sugar by itself.
Giving up sugar means cutting most of the between meals snacking, eating less processed foods, cutting a few hundred calories by refusing dessert and having more fresh food, that keeps you fuller for longer, so you don’t need to eat too much.
So, you see, it’s not the sugar itself that makes you fat because of insulin spikes or whatever. Foods that contain added sugar usually contain a large amount of fats and salt and are often heavily processed. The palatability theory says that these are the hyperpalatable foods that make our brains go crazy and addicted - those that have this mix of sugar, fats, salt, and a smooth or maybe crunchy texture. (Omg, I just described peanut butter) 🥜
Nobody got fat by eating sugar with a spoon, out of the jar or lost fat because they only cut sugar.
So please stop attributing your fat loss or health improvement results to simply cutting sugar. It’s much more than that. And when you understand that, you also understand that yes, you CAN have some sweets, some jam, put a bit of sugar in a homemade cake and it won’t ruin your progress as long as you make room for it in your diet. 💪❤️

Hay muchas cosas que generan radicales libres en tu cuerpo por ejemplo, tu metabolismo, contaminación, alcohol, tabaco, mala alimentación, etc.
