Brown ground turkey, garlic, and onions.
Add cooked brown rice, organic tomatoes, vegetable stock, organic tomato paste, corn, red pepper flakes, cumin, chili powder, and parsley.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until flavors meld.

- Breakfast today was: fried egg (actually 2 eggs but they didn’t fit on this picture 😂), grilled baguette toasts with pumpkin seeds, avocado and cherry tomatoes sprinkled with chili flakes, fried spinach with garlic cloves and sea salt and blueberries 🍳🍅🥑😍 And coffee of course!! ☕️🤗 I think my breakfast is always the meal of the day I never struggle. I know what I want and I can always find ingredients in my fridge. Eggs and tomatoes are almost always in my fridge, so easy to cook something quick and delicious 😍 What are the staples in your fridge?

I'm not one who stresses out much or gets in a bad mood. However, I have read about how physical activity can help improve a person's mood.
And even though I'm hardly ever in a bad mood, I can attest to the fact that I feel fabulous after working out. Paradoxically, when I exert a good deal of energy during training, I have more energy and I'm more alert afterwards.
So, if you are finding yourself in a rut or down or in bad mood, try it. You have nothing to lose and have the double benefit of doing something that benefits you mentally and physically.
Regulate your mood with physical activity!
