Savory oatmeal 🍲
I made this savory oatmeal by sautéing onion, celery and roasted peppers in some oil. I also added chickpeas, spinach and seasonings such as garlic powder, ginger, cayenne and of course salt & pepper. Then 1/2 a cup of rolled oats & 1 cup of water and I allowed it to boil. I finished it off with a fried egg for added protein but honestly the oatmeal on its own is delicious 😋
It's the time of year for pumpkin spice everything! Pumpkin waffles with homemade apple-pear sauce, Earth balance butter, pure maple syrup, and banana slices :)
Mixed in some loving spoonfuls of ♥️ nubeleaf's Organic Beet Powder♥️ with our avocado toast this morning and the result is amazing!! 🥑😍

A lot of people have been asking my thoughts on Ezekiel bread and I gotta be honest, it’s not any crispy French bread. But it’s not that bad either. I guess it’s also not bread, it’s sprouted grains. It keeps me fuller longer and lord knows I need that. -
Since it’s pretty dry I love putting some avocado on it. My go-to’s are everything but the bagel seasoning and some chili flakes.

I topped them with cranberries, blueberries, pecans, chia seeds and a touch of agave nectar👌🏻 These are perfect for fall 🍂🍁☺️ .

When was the last time you ate a doughnut🍩 for breakfast. I’d eat a doughnut right now if I had one. But I don’t. I have this: My quick breakfast made in the Airstream. 2 fried eggs (soft in the middle) with Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Can you believe this was the first time I tried it?? I had always been on AIP and hadn’t reintroduced seeds. I also had a half of an avocado, half of a grapefruit and a handful of arugula.

chipotle mayo, microgreens🌱 fresh parsley and 1/4 avo🥑 Pretty easy to make on a work day if you cook or chop veggies the night before✨
Mon granola maison, une tuerie ! ⠀
Préparation : 5 minutes⠀
Cuisson : 1 heure⠀
Repos : 1 nuit⠀
A peu près 400 CKal pour 100g donc pour un petit déjeuner équilibré prévoir 60g de granola dans du lait ou du fromage blanc et un fruit⠀
*-- Granola amandes chocolat et maïs soufflé --*⠀
Pour 2 grands bocaux ⠀
3 cups de flocons d'avoine⠀
1 cup de maïs soufflé 🌽⠀
1 et 1/4 cups d'amandes effilées⠀
3/4 cup de noix de coco râpée 🥥⠀
1/2 cup de chocolat en poudre non sucré⠀
1/4 teaspoon de sel⠀
1/2 cup de sucre roux⠀
2/3 cup d'huile végétal (noix de coco, colza, olive ...)⠀
1/3 cup de sirop d'érable ou miel 🍯⠀
1 et 1/2 cups de pépites de chocolat ⠀
Sel de Guérande⠀
Préchauffer le four à 125°C⠀
Mélanger tous les ingrédient SAUF les pépites de chocolat et le sel de Guérande⠀
Eparpiller le mélange,ge sur la plaque du four recouverte de papier sulfurisée⠀
Mettre au four 50 minutes⠀
Sortir du four et ajouter les pépites de chocolat⠀
Remettre au four 3 minutes⠀
Sortir du four et saupoudrer de sel de guérande⠀
Le mieux est de laisser reposer toute une nuit pour que le chocolat durcisse et que le sel de Guérande reste collé aux pépites 😍⠀

I am nutrient filled and happy! This breakfast is truly a nutrient powerhouse and a great way to begin the day.
For the past year, I have had my nutrient powerhouse at various times of day. For a snack, dessert, with breakfast, and with lunch. I have better skin, nails, hair, digestion, and energy.
Before this year, even though I would eat 'mostly' good for me foods, I never got all the nutrients my body needed to run at an optimal level, on a daily basis.

LEMON OVERNIGHT OATS 💕💕 Si siempre andas corriendo en las mañanas, preparar tu desayuno con anticipación te puede salvar y no le pide nada a los desayunos recien hechos, por eso yo dejé listo mi desayuno desde ayer en la noche. Yo soy súper fan de las overnight oats, pero trato de que cambie su sabor cada que las preparo porque aunque amo la avena, a nadie le gusta desayunar siempre lo mismo, así que hoy el sabor elegido fue limón 🍋. En un frasco, coloqué tres cucharadas de queso ricotta, 1/3 de taza de yogurt griego, 1/2 taza de leche de almendra, 1/2 taza de avena, jugo de un limón, vainilla y stevia, te volví bien todo y como topping le agregué kiwi porque tiene un sabor acidito y dulce al mismo tiempo, lo metí al refri y listo para el día siguiente. No les miento, esta receta tiene un sabor parecido al de pay de limón, SO? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

😉 This morning I wanted something extra quick and easy and my oats were the perfect fit. I put 1/2 cup of quick oats in the microwave with 2/3 cup of water (you can also use your milk of choice) for 1 minute and 30 seconds. I then added 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein (optional). I topped it off with 1 banana, some cinnamon and 1 tbsp of Nutella. Who said eating healthy has to be boring?! #happyeats

with her yummy pumpkin oats! 🥣 🍁 ⠀
1/3 cup oats⠀
1 cup water⠀
1/2 cup pumpkin purée⠀
1 tsp pumpkin spice⠀
1 scoop vegan shake mix ⠀
unsalted peanuts ⠀
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan until oats are cooked. Top with cinnamon and peanuts. ⠀

To prepare it you need ripe avocado, half lemon, 20g of chia seeds, parsley, coco milk or heavy cream and sparkling water. If you like sweet you can add some drops of stevia or 5-6 strawberries 😉

1: almond butter with banana 🍌 + cinnamon
2: homemade hummus (cooked chickpeas + tahini + garlic + ground cumin + seasalt) + tomatoes 🍅
3: homemade hummus + cucumber 🥒
4: homemade cashew cream cheese (soaked cashews + nutritional yeast + garlic/onion powder + seasalt) + carrot lox 🥕 (recipe in previous post)
All served on multi-grain & seed sandwich bread 🍞
Easy Cold Start Yogurt in the Instant Pot
5 Cups Ultra Pasteurized Milk
1-2 Tablespoons Fresh, plain yogurt
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
16 oz Natural Bliss creamer (vanilla or sweet cream are my favorites)
1-2 cups heavy cream or half & half milk
*If you do not use the sweetened condensed milk or creamer, you can add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and your choice of sweetener after your yogurt has chilled/strained.
