Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cup Simple Mills Pancake Mix @simplemills 3 Eggs 2 Tbs Oil 2 Tbs Oil 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 3 Tbs Chocolate Sauce [ preferably one with no added sugar, or just use cacao nibs] 2 Cups Organic Strawberries Maple Syrup as desired Follow directions on the back of the box. Super Simple Right?!? These are one of my son's favorite for breakfast. He enjoys helping me make them and devouring them in record time. 💛💛
Didn’t have time to stop over at grocery store yesterday so this breakfast worked with limited ingredients! Took a few eggs and 2 bananas from my cousins last night and pick up the gluten free sourdough loaf from a local market we stopped at. Fried an egg on toast and made a banana pecan toast with an @eatnuttzo nut butter pack I brought from home some nuts and chia seeds from home and topped it with sliced banana.
For those who aren’t already privy to this information, there’s a quick and easy (albeit nontraditional) way to make beignets, for when you’re far from New Orleans or want to save money. We got this from our mama: - 1 package jumbo biscuits -canola/vegetable oil (enough to cover your small saucepan about an inch-1.5 in) -powdered sugar 1.) Heat oil on medium low. 2.) Cut each biscuit into quarters. 3.) To test if oil is ready, put a small piece of biscuit in oil. If it rises to top, it’s ready. 4.) Fry biscuits. 5.) Sift powdered sugar on top. (No need to skimp here.) 6.) Enjoy with cafe au lait and/or shoveled by handfuls into your mouth in the privacy of your own home.
Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies 🍪 This recipe is 100% vegan and vegetarian friendly 😊 Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats (I used whole wheat but you can use whichever kind you like) 1 whole banana ~6 tablespoons peanut butter Directions: 1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a dough like consistency. 2. Place a tablespoon of the dough on a lined cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. 3. Cook at 375 F for 5-6 minutes on convection or 7-8 minutes on normal. This recipe makes 16-20 cookies Total time ~ 10 minutes

Note to self: Farmers spinach doesn’t wilt down as much as supermarket spinach 😂 but of a spinach overload here! I’d never seen proper farmers market spinach before so when I did I just had to try it! (Swipe to see) It was much more vegetable-y than normal spinach, a bit more like kale or cabbage 🤔 I had it with farmers market asparagus too which was so chunky I had to snap it in half to fit in the steamer 😂

Sunday Fruit Porridge. Porridge is so super easy and cheap to make a nice hot breakfast. My Recipe (but really you can shove what you want in besides the oats and liquid quantities) 1 serving 1/2 c rolled oats, 1 1/4 c water or milk or almond milk or coconut milk 1 grated apple ( I leave the skin on you don't have to but in the mornings I can't be bothered peeling it) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 cup ish of frozen berries I added some Feijoa to this but it just depends what fruit is lying around. Combine everything, stir. Put on medium heat on stove till it comes to a boil. Turn down heat leave to simmer, stir regularly or it will burn and stick to your pot. 😅 I let mine simmer for about 15mins but it depends on how thick you like it. Ready to serve. Super satisfying and SUPER SIMPLE lunch 🥓 I I love bacon, and I also love Brussels sprouts so why not combine them into a deliciously health and flavorful Something ?!? Take fresh Brussels sprouts, but you can use any veggie, and sauté them on the stove with a lil bit of organic olive oil (good for glowy skin and digestion) with salt, pepper, lemon, and some chili peppers. I then add some cut pieces of bacon and 1 slice to the pan and let it sizzle up and placed it right on top of the sprouts. People don’t believe this naturally, but bacon can be very good for you as long as you get the unpasteurized bacon and are aware of the % fat of the meat. All things in moderation!! Pork is supposed to be good during ~menstruation~ #funfact , so EAT UP!! Xo (PS I drizzled some honey on top of the Brussels sprouts & bacon cuz it reminds me of bacon wrapped dates and it was just so beyond good ok bye)
