You’ve got to keep going!
When your eyes begin to close but you haven’t finished the report, when your body says to quit but you’ve got a few more reps to go, when that midnight hour hits and you’re running on E, don’t give up! GO HARDER!!
Push and persist until you persevere. Fight and hustle until you win. Work until you get the result YOU want. •
You set a goal, and you owe it to yourself to finish. It’s not about anybody else. Life is never meant to be looked at as a race, but even in a marathon, the goal’s still to cross the finish line 👑
Xo 🖤

Everything is going to be okay even if it's not the outcome you desired. Trust yourself that you are a Warrior who can handle anything life throws at you!! You got this!! I believe in you 😘
A real pain in the neck!! LoL!!
I'm behind on this and I apologize. I needed to do some self care. Today's letter is E.
1.) Energy: I don't know what it is like to have energy any more. I am tired upon tired. No matter how much I sleep. I know that you all can and do relate.
2.) Exhausted: A constant struggle that I can't win. I think at this point it is a permanent state of being.
3.) Elevate: We all need to elevate each other to be the best we can be.
4.) Emergency Rooms: I have had good and bad experiences at the emergency room. I have had to prove that I am not a drug seeker. I have also been taken very seriously when I almost died. We spend a lot of time here. Especially in the beginning of our diagnosis.
5.) Excited: It makes me excited to know that my flares are a temporary thing and I will feel better in time.
💫💫💫 blurryyyy cuz dropped my phone whilst taking this pic xoxo or maybe Snapchat filter idk or maybe a bit of both 🤷🏼♀️
Be gentle and kind with yourself.
You are doing the best you can!!
It’s not about the perfect macros (protein, carbs and fat). It’s not about cutting carbs. It’s not about measuring food or counting points. It’s not about intermittent fasting. It’s certainly not about depriving ourselves and it’s most definitely not about eliminating pizza or going out for burgers (we all love a dishes free night😉)
For many years all of these messages rang loud in my head, as they do for many women, and when we started having kids I just didn’t have time nor energy for it! I found FREEDOM & RELIEF in a sweet spot between healthy body image and balance💜
As busy moms we don’t need a plan that cuts carbs, counts calories, or eliminates foods. We need energy, ease, and something we can do with our family! We need to find that sweet spot! It doesn’t happen overnight, in a week, or even in a month, but if you feel stuck where you’re at, please reach out! I’d love to hear your story, listen to what you’re hoping to find, and share what has simplified so much for me!

And he said he would never... 🙄
Kind of like I did before I started this whole thing. I didn't think I was strong enough for this program; my husband thought he was TOO strong for this program. .
In the end, we were both wrong. 🙈
I completed this 60-day program that I thought I COULDN'T do one day of, and now I'm doing it AGAIN. My husband nearly died trying to keep up with the trainer. 😆
And we both couldn't stop laughing! 🤣
Sometimes starting something that might be hard is scary, but once you prove to yourself that you can do it, it is empowering 💪 And often times you have a blast doing it! 😅
I can't WAIT to see what things are going to empower me in February's FitClub! If you're not signed up yet but you want to be, check out the link in my bio 🔗 or leave me an emoji in the comments 👇 It's about time we find a workout program that even our husband's are willing to try! 💃🕺
The bees are loving the sunflowers and there new home thanks again Craig a Nick
I didn’t want to workout today. When I say I didn’t want to, I mean I REALLY didn’t want to. I didn’t feel good, my stomach was unsettled, I was tired.. BUT, this guy right here helped pull me out of my funk & when I felt like quitting said, “Keep going. Even if you have to go slow, don’t give up! We’re almost done...” 💕
To have my husband as a support system & accountability buddy, especially on my off days, is everything. There’s no way I could do what I do everyday without his love & support. 💕
Cheers to Week 2, Day 1 being DONE! 👊🏻

LADIES!!! 1. It’s okay to cry when you’re hurt.
But, wash your face, and get up off the floor when you’re done. You don’t belong down there.
2. You are a woman, you do NOT need a man, but you can absolutely enjoy your life with a good one.
3. Happiness is not a permanent state. Wholeness is. Don’t confuse these.
4. Never walk through an alley alone.
5. ‘Can’t’ - is a cop-out.
6. Hold your heroes to a high standard. Be your own hero.
7. If you can’t smile with your eyes, don’t smile. Insincerity is nothing to aspire to.
8. Stay true to yourself always.
9. Your body, your rules.
10. If you have an opinion, you’d better know why.
11. Practice your passions.
12. Ask for what you want. The worst thing they can say is no.
13. Wish on stars, and then get to work to make them happen.
14. Stay as sweet as you are.
15. Say Please, Thank You, and Pardon Me, whenever the situation warrants it.
16. Reserve “I’m sorry” for when you truly are!
17. Question everything ... except your own intuition.
18. You are amazing! Don't let anyone ever make you feel you are not. If someone does....walk away. You deserve better.
19. No matter where you are, you can always come home.
20. Be happy and remember your roots.
21. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
22. Be kind; treat others how you would like them to treat you.
23. If in doubt, remember who you are and straighten your crown. 👑

Kicked off week 2 bright and early this morning 😊So thankful I can just get out of bed , get dressed , and push play ! No going out in the freezing 🥶 nasty weather we have here !! #winterstorm
Yesterday I felt soo off 🙊which in turn made my nutrition off , but today is a new day ! We all have our weak moments , but it’s what you do next that determines your success ! Quit because you feel defeated 😕 or forgive yourself and do better the next day 💕💕I know which one I chose 💪💪💪
Today we celebrate a visionary who accomplished big things by not being what or who he was “supposed “ to be. None of the good ones do
He started off building legos in the background, and ended up working out on the step with me! 🤜🏽🤛🏼
It’s been a while since I’ve done my workout in front of him (l usually get it done before he’s home from school & today is a holiday).
But it was a great reminder that they are watching, that simple movements can be effective for all ages, abilities and skill levels, and not to be afraid to get our kiddos involved in physical fitness!
But FIRST, it’s takes the commitment to YOURSELF! Let’s start with you, for them! 😘
After going “Marie Kondo” on my closet yesterday, I realised this time I had no problem letting go of the stuff that just didn’t feel GOOD on me. ⠀
The past 8 months or so, I’ve really been working on “less is more” when it comes to my clothing. I’ve also been working on being more conscious for the things I buy for myself not falling all the time for “fast fashion”. Because when you think about it, all those cheap $10 shirts have to go somewhere someday - even when you donate it. ⠀
And did you know where it goes when it doesn’t pass the cut at the thrift store? It goes into pallets that are sold and shipped overseas to third world countries like Zambia and our “fast fashion” addiction has completely annihilated their textile industry, which is a huge part of their economy. ⠀
People buy the pallets and literally sell it from piles on the street and in the market - I’ve seen it with my own two eyes so this I know is true. ⠀
So what to do about it? Don’t just buy it cause it’s cute and ten bucks and on sale - think of every piece that takes space in your closet as an investment and ask yourself how long you’ll keep it or how long will this be in style? ⠀
I’m not saying I’m never going to buy another ten dollar shirt at Old Navy, and yes that’s where I shop for a lot for my kids - BUT what I am saying is that I am farrrrrr more conscious about the quantity of clothing we all have in this house, not being afraid to own or wear second hand and trying to own pieces myself that are versatile, will last me a long time and that make me feel good when I wear them. ⠀
Lately, a shop I love is @carlyjeanlosangeles
- my whole outfit this day was from there. Except the bag - that’s designed by @jeannelottie
for our @arbonnecanada
Had to snap a pic in the #Nordstrom
bathroom cause well, I felt pretty!
Great start to a beautiful Summer day
“No better time for your shine, you're a star
You should know you're beautiful just the way you are
And you don't have to change a thing, the world could change its heart
No scars to your beautiful, we're stars and we're beautiful”
Today is MYday! Remember we are all different and all beautiful in our own special ways! Never dim down your crown for anymore as you are meant to shine! Surround yourself with people who adds gems to your crown as you my friend are worth it!
Comment below with a 👑 if you agree!
after all of the rain this last week, it's so nice to see the sun again😍.
decided to spend my afternoon hammocking, and let me tell you. IT IS AMAZING.
taking a look back at my week, it was filled with so much stress and toxic things. as of today, i'm living for myself. living away from the stress and away from all things toxic. —
being in nature is one of my favorite things. a chance to sit back. breathe in some fresh air, and take in the views.
great for thinking to!
drop a comment of some of your fav out door activities☀️ kisses!
