our society actually washes hair more than necessarily. & the more you wash > the more oils you strip out of your hair > the worse it is. that’s why I don’t wash my hair. & I mean cmon have you seen how much I gotta wash 😂
but let’s be real, after so many days errrrbody can use some dry shampoo. I’ve always loved dry shampoo, use it often. but when I decided to ditch & switch, the next time I ran out of my dry shampoo, I switched it for this gem. easy, cheap, totally natural & totally effective dry shampoo. here’s the recipe. you should also check out my story to see how to use it!! DIY DRY SHAMPOO
1/4 cup of arrowroot powder
add 5 drops of each + lavender
+ cypress or cedarwood
*shake & use a makeup brush to blend into your roots*
^ this recipe is perfect for blondes or red heads. but if you brown hair, add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder. if you have black hair you’re going to want to add activated charcoal.

Do you ever suddenly find yourself a Hot Mess ? When ALL those important things slip out of your daily routine slowly. Do you catch yourself suddenly spread too thin? Do you slide back into old ways, behaviours & habits? Do you start worrying about everyone & everything, which are all out of your control? Yesterday afternoon I said to myself “girl you are a hot mess” I’ve been completely discombobulated lately. Then I had a thought ~ If the moon can renew itself every month, I should be able to as well. Right? So, I got my ass outta bed early today & flicked the freakin’ switch ✅. I put my mat down & did a few flows to help my body feel warm & alive. I did a little rearranging & prioritizing of life. The reality is...if we don’t do it for ourselves, nobody else will. I woke up at 5:30 this morning & watched the sun rise with the intention to reset & realign myself. My heart & body know when I am out of Alignment💫. Alignment feels different for everyone , but the result is the same. You know you are in alignment when your heart feels open & your body feels as good as it gets. There is a sense of well-being & connection in your body & maybe even a SPARK or SHINE of creation. Sometimes I feel sudden bursts of happiness, spiritual energy & a dash of gratitude. The bottom line is that you are on top of the world when you are in alignment with your higher self. Oh my...I have missed this magical feeling. The most beautiful part is we all have the ability & opportunity every single morning to readjust anything that doesn’t feel good in our souls. 🤸♀️📿💫🙏

Are one of my favourite activities to do in Summer especially on these warm balmy nights we are getting in Perth recently.
I try to get out for a walk twice sometimes even 3 times a week for around 30 minutes before I eat dinner.
I have started to prioritise this time in my week as it gives me some time to think and de stress from the day while also getting my body moving and activating any muscles I may not have used that day.
I always return home more relaxed and with a clearer mind and I usually sleep better that night too. I also find I enjoy my dinner more and snack less that night.
There was a time that I only thought about the physical benefits of exercise but the previous few years have taught me that moving my body brings me so many other benefits than just physical health and fitness.

It’s finally my bedtime and I’m going to bed with these curls cause day 4 hair got me feelin REAL lazy. Anyone else? 🙋🏼♀️ So tonight I decided to use my wand to curl my hair so that I can just be lazy in the morning. I’m going to sleep with it up in my swear by hair ties, the invisibobble, and see what’s its doing in the morning. I’m hoping I can freshen it up with some dry shampoo and be good to go but I might have to touch up a couple curls too. We’ll see what happens! But I wanted to share with you guys because I recorded a tutorial to show how I curled my hair this way with the t3 1” wand barrel instead of the clamp barrel I used yesterday. I just feel like using the wand gives you a slightly different look, almost like edgier, and also gives you more control over your curls. Be sure to check out the video on my IGTV channel! Want to know how I get my day 3 hair to look this good? ⤵️ I use the champ of all DRY Shampoos and style as usual! It’s so easy! I just shake it up, spray it at my roots and let it absorb all the extra oils. My hair has volume and smells fantastic!👐🏻 DM me for more info!
