Building muscle to me is life..! The culture and society around fitness, bodybuilding, all the way up to the big men in strong man comps, is so unique and diverse! There are a lot of things in this world to be apart of but I have never felt so welcomed by another part of my life then this! You are literally going above and beyond to sculpt every part of your body, you are pushing the limits of physical appearance to grow a certain muscle group! Stretching fibers, tearing muscle, it's all apart of that growth in either direction you are headed! For me, it all started way back in the day when my dad used to put my brothers, sister, and I through workouts in our home gym given I was only 7 years old when I started. Every since then my desire has grow to a point where I'd never turn back! You literally can look at your body and say I need more delt, my chest needs that peak, I definitely need to build that bicep head, my quads could use a little help and your mind follows in your routines and workouts! Natural Bodybuilding v Steroids
The use of anabolic steroids is a personal choice depending on your end goal. As a natural bodybuilder myself it's a choice I've made not to use them. Often a very taboo subject both in the industry and out the industry anabolic steroids are a subject that doesn't often get talked about openly.
In both instances if you are a lifetime natural bodybuilder or are currently using, your training routine that you should be doing is totally different if your going to gain maximum results.
I highly encourage as many people as possible to stay natural until you've taken your body to its natural limits. There is huge potential for growth within the natural boundaries. Work hard, dedicate yourself and celebrate your results.
I have built up many years of experience of training methods and nutrition over my years of training that I want to share it with people who are looking for clarity amongst the web of useless information they read in magazines and on the internet.

🔴This is what '1 SET' looks like for me and my clients. We don't do 10 reps, rest⚫ -- Weights were kept light and the focus was legs today. I cut the reps to try and fit it into one video but it still didn't 😐 but I think there's enough in there for you to give it a try 👍🏼
