MOTIVATION DOES NOT EXIST How many times have you said, "I just can't get motivated"? What is motivation to you? Is it an inner voice? A feeling? An action? Another person? It's really none of those things becauae motivation, as we perceive it, does not exist. Face it, this magical thing called motivation, isn't going to swoop you up and drop you into the land of accomplishment. What you're really waiting for is... a better reason. "Motivation" is temporary and is only associated with positive feelings and positive moments.  But DEDICATION, that internal contract, will almost guarantee consistency even when "motivation" isn't there. What you see me post everyday isn't "motivation". They aren't my highlight reels. I am tired, I am sore, I am stressed. What I am not, is DONE. I. AM. NOT. The Bulgarian Split Squat . This has to be one of my favourite go to for single leg exercises . Not only does it help to add size and strength to the lower extremities but also adding stability, flexibility and proprioceptive benefits . To perform place your back foot on a bench and place your front foot out in front with your foot facing forwards, once in position lower your knee towards the floor until you feel a slight stretch in your back thigh and then return back up by driving through the front leg .
