Extend trust: we do it all the time.
We trust strangers to drive us around, we trust that they will be able to do so...but yet we don't them.
What make us trust them?
Let us take the example of uber driver, he is a complete stranger...we extend the trust because we know that he can drive (capability). We know that he care to come on time and take us to the destination with the shortest time possible.
Extending the trust is situational...I will not trust the car Driver to take me paragliding. .

💪Early morning workouts💪
Do you workout in the morning? 😴 If yes, what time do you wake up? ⏰
Today was the first morning I woke up at 5:30 am to workout, since last spring when I was doing #insanityworkout
I’m not going to lie, it wasn’t the easiest thing to do. But with my new work schedule this might be my only option 🤸♀️🏋️♀️🧘♀️🤭
☝️Before going to bed last night I prepared a few things that absolutely helped this morning. And I can guarantee that these tips will help you to stick to your early workout commitment☝️:
✅ Have your workout clothes ready next to your bed so that you can slip into it right away once you wake up
✅ Have your equipment, yoga mat ready
✅ Fill up your water bottle
✅ Have a plan for which exercises or a workout program (app, video, etc.) you are going to do
✅Think about how awesome you are going to fill afterwards (most people haven’t even started their day yet and you’ve already finished possibly the hardest thing on your to do list😉)
✅ and of course, set your alarm

If you want to change how you feel, you must change your MINDSET and what you choose to FOCUS on.
You will feel and experience that which you focus on. It is imperative to understand it because what you focus on directly impacts your life experience and ultimately even your destiny.
When I was in a Rehab, I was devastated because I couldn’t even imagine how I would continue living while not having my legs anymore and not being able to use both hands.
Then, Instead of focusing on the fact that I don’t have my legs and cannot use both hands, I began training my mind to focus on what I was grateful for: I was able to move at all (it’s a plain miracle that my neck was injured, but it didn’t fully break. Otherwise it would have left me fully paralyzed up to my neck), I could think and express myself easily and that I still had my right hand, which I could use to do what I needed to do and my family and friends were with me.
I set my mind to appreciate what I had and find a way to become independent again. The decision to shift my focus on my blessings and opportunities radically changed the way I felt and what I was able to do, and ultimately this laid a solid foundation for my success restoring my life.
WE ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE of what we focus on:
- Have or don’t have
- Can or cannot
- Don’t like or appreciate
My physical condition is still the same: no legs, left arm is paralyzed and a never-ending sharp burning pain in my arm. BUT, today I feel totally differently than I felt then. Why? Much has changed and It all began with my decision to choose to focus on the blessings and possibilities/opportunities.
Please hear me – stop constantly thinking about what you are unhappy about, how difficult it is, how unsatisfied you are with your job, house, spouse or anything else, what happened to you, what you’ve lost or don’t have yet. Instead, notice and see how blessed you are! Focus on what you have. Focus on opportunities. Focus on your abilities. Focus on the progress you have made and be excited about moving forward to reach your final destination.
You will see how differently you will see your life and how much better you will feel.
He thought I was an idiot, and I actually was... Mads was 21 years of age (holy moly – yep, he’s actually 7 years younger than me!) and the longest relationship he’d ever been in had lasted 6 months and had ended with her cheating on him.
I was 28 years old and had been single for 2.5 years. And to be honest with you…. I had absolutely NO faith in neither love nor men!
My last relationship had ended in doors being slammed and a very loud “go f… yourself!” after he had cheated on me again…
In addition to that, we were both avoiding any conflicts and our self-worth was most likely to be found under your nearest old worn-out carpet.
With all this ‘hurt’ we were both carrying around, it was hard for us to open up to each other.
We were both TERRIFIED of getting hurt again.
However, this didn’t change the fact that we had to take baby-steps in opening up to our most vulnerable space, our deepest place where it hurts like hell telling someone what you’re missing and what you’d like more of.
It’s the place inside yourself where you can very easily feel what it is that you need but you’re scared to say it out loud as you might end up getting hurt.
Two people who really wanted each other but were actually struggling to show each other that.
I’ll admit that it was easier for Mads than it was for me.

Long story short, we needed change. A huge one but we need to start evaluate where we’re at and we want to go.
That’s what the Yearbook for Couples was born to life. It helped us to transition from being hurt and afraid to open and carefree with each other.

TIP! Don’t cheat yourself. Easy way to track your intervals - your iPhone. Pull up the alarm app, click Stopwatch. Click START, start your working interval, after your interval time, click LAP. That’ll set another time segment, which is your recovery segment. Hit that LAP button again and get into that working interval - get that heart rate high! REPEAT

And today was the first day on the Keto diet.
With a dad that was awful to me, my sister and mom and who struggles with mental illness it made life super hard.
My mom had to work all the time. Sometimes 2 jobs at once because she never knew if my dad was going to keep his job.
I remember having to sleep in the back of the car while she delivered newspaper at 4 am in the morning and when I got older I would help roll them and put them in the box on my side of the car.
She finally had enough and we left for the last time. It was one of the best days of my life.
She worked full time finally at a good job but was still never home and when she was she would be sleeping. I would do my best to cook dinner when I was in the 5th grade.
I learned a lot from her. I learned to work hard and hustle. Do what I gotta do to make ends meet. Never give up.
I finally found what I love to do and I get to do it everyday. I reached out to customers today and I chatted with some new peeps.
Getting to know people and helping them change their life is so inspiring to me and what keeps me going.
Getting to see the deposit in my acct is a bonus. Paying it forward 😄 with helping moms and watching them grow and come out of their shell like I did, being able to donate to a charity I love is so rewarding. Watching them pay it forward to their families too.
