Lee decided to do his own variation of a Gin Fizz and it turned out pretty damn good. 1.5oz Gin, .5oz St. Germain, .75oz lemon juice, .75oz lime juice, .5oz simple, 1oz heavy cream, 1 egg white. Dry shake for 1 minute, add tempered ice and shake until ice is dissolved, pour into glass, top with ginger beer.

Here's how to Make a Rum Old-Fashioned
1 ¾ oz @bacardi
1 tsp brown sugar
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange twist, to garnish
8-Year-Old Rum, brown sugar, and bitters into a rocks glass. Fill with ice. Stir for 10 seconds. Pull a strip of peel from orange. Twist and add. Cheers!

We had a little Back Pocket baR&D session on Tuesday down at @prequeldc.
Right now with the heat, we're craving salt and spice, so we came up with our Dirty Bangkok.
2oz Botanist Gin (the botanicals on this gin really stand out)
2oz Bangkok (we'll call this a home pour...)
1oz Olive brine
1oz FOS Mastiha (lots of bright, fresh, cucumber and celery notes in this)
All ingredients go in the shaker. Shake well over ice and strain into a coupe or a martini glass (which you've already rimmed with salt). Garnish with as many olives as you'd like - I put four on the stick but Will ate two before I took the picture. Enjoy.
