Queen’s Park Swizzle
2 oz Dark Rum
.5 oz Demerara Syrup
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
8-10 Mint Leaves
Add mint, lime juice, and syrup to a high ball glass and lightly muddle. Add rum and fill glass with crushed ice. Using a swizzle stick or a barspoon, gently twirl between the palm of your hands until frost forms on the glass. Top off with more crush ice and a few dashes of bitters. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
