1 1/2 oz Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
1/2 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
1/2 oz Peach 🍑 and Ginger Syrup
1/8 oz Plymouth Gin
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients with fresh nice Ice into cocktail shaker. Shake hard and then Fine Strain into chilled Coupe class, and garnish with Lime wedge.

The fermented honeycomb garnish for our barrel-aged “honey pot” comes from The Bee Store right here in southeast Lawrence! To cut off the pound of honeycomb we purchase each week, the apiarists run a thin metal wire through the honeycomb and send an electrical charge that allows for easier cutting.
