w the belated bday boi ♥️
There's two types of people in the world: people who say (coupon) COO-pon and people who say QUE-pon. Which one are you? 🧐
I took this photo of one of my best friends, Lauren, in Barcelona during our last summer as roommates before we both moved out and got married. It was a trip that tested our friendship and our traveling skills (we got lost A LOT the first couple days). 🤦🏻♀️ Ultimately, I think we both saw each other for who we truly are and willingly stepped into a deeper level of friendship because of it.
Do you have a friend like that? Someone who knows your ugly side—like when you’re hangry after grocery shopping and just want to sit on the curb and eat everything you just bought before you even get home. They’re that person who listens when you just need to pour out your heart, who always remembers your bday and how much you love handwritten cards, and who will run 16 miles with you around a castle in Spain when you’re supposed to be vacationing and they’re not at all training for a marathon, but they care that much about helping you not feel alone.
Wait...That last one doesn’t apply to you? 😅 Feel free to insert a crazy amazing display of loyalty and love that you’re bestie has done for you. And while you’re at it, tag that bestie in the comments and share why you can’t live without them.
Come on, go for it! You’ll totally brighten their day ✨✨

p.s i love you, p.s i hate you
How we are feeling about this wedding season 🤙🏻
I did a few things this weekend because I was feeling stupid helpless about the current situation of concentration camps at the border. They are currently not providing basic hygienic products, there are reports of sexual assault, inadequate food. It’s inhumane.
1. I used my art as a call to action. Here’s the address and number to call if you’d like to contact your representative.
2. I wrote a letter opposing ICE raids in Chicago and expressed my concern for the current conditions at the border.
3. I donated to Raices, an organization that provides free legal services to detained families, asylum seekers and immigrants. It’s an incredible foundation and i highly recommend you research and donate.
