I was -27 points for the week and thought for sure that I had a huge gain this week. Nope! Down 1 pound this week. I did walk nearly a 1/2 marathon on Thursday so that helped! .
I decided this week I am going to track calories - I think I get so fixated on the @weightwatchers
points, that I need to step back and see the big picture. I brought a granola bar to my meeting this morning and didn’t eat it because I didn’t want to spend the points - it would have been nearly 1/3 of my daily points. But then I looked at the wrapper and it was only 140 calories 🤦🏻♀️ Curious how many of my #weightwatchers

If you follow my stories you’ll know that Saturday morning is my meat discount bin day. I saved 62% today! One package was a pound of small sirloin “pan” steaks that I got for just over $1. I hope you all had a great long weekend. I can't believe summer is coming to an end and that Emma is off to kindergarten this week- seriously where does the time go?! I'm a slight emotional wreck thinking about it, but I am trying to focus on the positive, embracing the next chapter and new beginnings for us both. .

Happy Monday! Anybody slacking out there like me 😅? Hey I’m still in vacation mode, I haven’t even got the kids their school supplies yet. But besides slacking, there’s one thing I’m really good at 😂, I can whip up a delicious meal. I have so much passion for food and entertaining.
I really hope to open my own cafe/indoor playground one day where parents can eat awesome food(Tacos and Latin inspired dishes), drink wine, and sip on local craft beer. Yasss you heard me right 🍷 🍻!! #huevosrancheros

I’ve been on a breakfast tostada kick ever since I restocked on my oat tostada shells. Scrambled egg whites with black pepper and hot sauce! 🤤 sooooo yummy! Some days I throw in some spinach or baby kale to add veggies to the mix. These tostada shells are healthy, tasty, and have only ingredients that are in my meal plan so I can eat them guilt free, which makes them even better!
