Official Launch 🚀 Train Neural Load Online course is live (click link in bio to see and read all about it). It’s rad.
Train Neural Load is an extremely unique course, with workshop footage from Longtime coaching colleague @markwildman at the actual @flowstatesummit. Plus a sneak peak at a full length 70 min Steel Mace Vinyasa class, and 6 easy to follow #steelmace tutorials to get you strong and lean with this ancient tool.
Get a look 👀 at the 80% off link in my bio (or http://bit.ly/TNLcourse ) to read all about how it will take you’re Flow training to the next level. Shout out to anyone who was part of the group Flow State and filming process.
Who else feels the need to act like they are a ninja anytime they pick up something that resembles a bow staff? It can’t be just me...my form needs work but at least piper was impressed 😂 but most of the Christmas lights are up (somewhere around 5,000 lights). But we have a lot more that I want to get up this year. #martialarts#bowstaff#goofingoff#mma#alwayshavefun#donttakeyourselftooseriously
Although David Carradine was only a dancer he was chosen for the part in this 1972 tv series of Kungfu over Bruce Lee because Bruce looked to Chinese and the producers thought Carradine would be a better choice for the Western world. Despite this I loved the series as this was just after I started my Kungfu training inspired my Bruce Lee a couple of years previous.
