Also note, these can either be done back & forth, or for several steps each side... personally I prefer back & forth, but both work great!
If you’ve been doing these incorrectly, then when you nail your technique for the first time... you’ll definitely know about it & your Glute Medius will be screaming at you!

❇️HIP DIP RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT
Hip dips are something we all have. Some show more than others, genetics play a big part but like any other area you can grow the muscles surrounding to help shape/sculpt your body.
These are my top 5 favourite workouts for hip dips with resistance bands, easy to do at home or the Gym. (I’ll be following up soon with my top 5 weighted exercises for hip dips too). I aimed for 3x20 each exercise with minimal rest. If it feels too easy for you, try a stronger resistance band. -Fire hydrants

Want to try something brutal?? 🤔🤔 when me and Callie train I’ve said it before, we don’t have a training plan. We come in and try and find the absolute hardest stuff we can possibly find to do. Then we do it till she can’t move... 😂😈 this is how she like to train. Because this is what she likes this gets her the best results and since we’ve been working together now for a few years sometimes 5x a week it’s more of a team effort than me just saying do this and that.
So yeah. Burpee pull-ups. 😬 this is about 30 seconds in already. And 30 mins into our session. And she blasts these out for about 70-90 seconds at a time untill she’s ready to die.
One of my all time hardest workers, if not the all time hardest worker 😊💪🏻. If your looking for the hardest thing u can do try this. Be careful though, when your exhausted it’s easy to miss that jump! If anyone tries it film it and tag me In it. 😈

My life has become super busy with most of my time preparing for my wedding this summer. When I feel like I have 1 thing set, something else comes up. At least working out saves me and keeps me somewhat sane 😂. Even when life gets crazy I always try to squeeze in some type of workout.
