¿CÓMO CUIDO MI PELO? 💆🏻 Hace un año, empecé a dejarme el pelo sin lavar más días, primero dos, luego tres y así hasta una semana sin lavarme el pelo. La grasa se acaba autorregulando y deja de ensuciarse. Nunca he tenido el pelo especialmente graso, por lo que no llevó más de tres meses el proceso, a pesar de que sudo y entreno casi a diario. Es un poco incómodo al principio pero merece la pena. ~ El día que me lo lavo, me pongo en las puntas una mezcla de aloe vera y de aceite de oliva, lo dejo actuar treinta minutos y procedo a lavármelo . Con el cuerpo fuera de la bañera, y la cabeza dentro, me enjuago bien el mejunje art attack con agua, y luego uso el champú de arcilla y limón, que ayuda a absorber la grasa 👌🏼 Después, me aclaro de nuevo y uso el champú reconstituyente, masajeando muy bien el cuero cabelludo, de nuevo me enjuago y finalmente me pongo la mascarilla y la dejo actuar cinco minutos. El agua siempre la uso muy pero que muy fría ❄️ . El sellador de puntas que veis ahí, me lo suelo aplicar casi todos los días, porque ayuda a suavizarlas y a darles mejor aspecto y no deja graso el pelo 🙆🏻 ~ Muchas gracias por leerlo, es un post que tenía ganas de escribir 🤗
