Whole Baked Cauliflower - topped with cilantro-ginger sauce
This lone guy was sitting in the fridge for a long time waiting to be baked. Finally found the time. I cut off the base of the cauliflower and drizzled olive oil on top of it. Then gave it a good full body rub with salt, herbs de Provence(a French mix of thyme, oregano, rosemary, sage and lavender flowers), chili flakes and pepper. Baked at 400°F for 40 mins and broiled at same temp for 15mins till the tops were browned.
Meanwhile, a sauce was conjured up with cilantro, ginger, salt, dry pomegranate seeds, olive oil and yogurt. This was drizzled all over the flower after it came out of the oven
