Got up early this morning, ran some errands, got my fasted cardio in, and came back to hit my back and arms AND I’ve managed to stick to my macros. The warm weather were having in Atlanta has definitely been a my motivation!!!
workout 💪🏼 Here are some of my favorite high intensity/full body workouts I do.
•bosu ball burpees

Since I was feeling like a smoothie today for my post workout meal there’s not micros in sight and honestly I think it looks kinda sad lol.

❤️! I have to keep it real and say my diet was still not really on track this week😫. I’ve just been ravennnnous - which I’m sure is a combo of PMS + having weeks of eating higher cal / not being in a deficit. So I’m at a solid 1 month unintentional diet break 🤷🏽♀️. I maintained and maybe gained a pound or two but unsure because my digestion has been sooo off (sorryyyy tmi, but not sorry) and now I’m prob bloated from PMSing too so really unsure but either way, it’s fine, nbd, it is what it is, moving on and moving forward. I’m obviously going to give today and the weekend and the next week and the week after, etc another shot because even though I’m honestly happy with where I am at (which it’s taken me yearssss to just accept and love my body at every stage 🤦🏾♀️❤️ and quit picking it apart for one thing or another) I want to push past and keep moving because I know I could feel even healthier🌱 and do even more in the gym and what not. The plan is to maybe try a few other things to help suppress my appetite like drinking more liquids, including water, teas, BCAAs, etcccc and just keeping my mind right I guess 🤞🏾and staying positive➕. I am certain everything will be ok and I’ll get things moving again soon ☺️. Anywhooooo wishing you all a wonderful weekend of sun ☀️ and sweat 💦!

Day 37/80: Happy Flex Friday!! One of the things that I find both flattering and baffling is when people say “I love following your page, you inspire me, but I could never do what you do.” 🗣I don’t share my workouts to show you what you can’t do- but to show you what you CAN do. 🗣
A few years ago I couldn’t even do what I do now. I couldn’t do a push-up on my toes, run over 5 minutes without stopping and the thought of using weights scared me.
I am no different than you. None of my challengers are either. We all have limitations, injuries, busy lives-we all have reasons that we could say “I can’t do that”. But we do. We push, we grow, we improve and we get stronger.
It’s time to stop watching me, considering this and then talking yourself out of joining me. Unfortunately my workout got cut a little short because my mom was at the gym with me and lost her keys. Had to look all over the gym, but we finally found them! Still a good workout though!
