Contrary to popular belief, fasting is actually a very healthy practice & the best way to get lean.
In the past humans were hunter/gathers for thousands of years and would go multiple days without eating. Over time our bodies adapted to this. So basically instead of eating 3 meals a day, try eating 1. This is also known as “intermittent fasting”. By giving a longer time in between your meals you not only get extremely lean but your body also runs a lot more efficiently.

Prevents insulin related problems like diabetes.
Gives your digestive organs time to rest & repair.
If normal push ups are too easy, there are so many variations you can try.
I like to use dumbbells to increase my range of motion. Also by angling them, you can work on balance.
Do explosive reps for endurance and slow/controlled reps for building muscle.
One of the biggest misconceptions about food is that it only affects your body. The truth is that the food we eat, has a direct effect on our mental health as well. Many people have overcome depression and anxiety just by changing their diet.
All the food we choose to put in us, eventually becomes part of us.
If you are putting meat that was tortured and kept in cages all it’s life into your body, you absorb all the the negative stress that was accumulated throughout the animal’s life. This can lead to you having negative affects on your mental health & well-being.
Also the majority of animals that people eat, are fed genetically modified starches that make their way in to our bodies. So it’s important to not only be aware of the food that you are consuming , but what food your food is consuming as well.
Now Im not saying you have completely stop eating meat, just know where your food is coming from and what it has been through before you eat it.

Puts a lot of stress on joints and ligaments which may lead to long term injuries.

Also really good for building a better mind to muscle connection.
You can’t build as much muscle because you are limited by your weight.
Muscles don’t look as full because you have to stay at a low body fat percentage.
Improper form and use of momentum can lead to injuries.
Once you can do them easily, try doing them on a straight bar.
This makes the movement much harder and activates more of your chest and shoulders.
You can also try doing them with a reverse grip which utilizes more of your back and triceps.
Incorporate both slow and fast reps so you can activate all of your muscle fibers.
The most important thing to work on for muscle ups is form & wrist mobility.
Make sure you are capable of doing at least 10 pull ups and 20 dips in a row before you try doing a muscle up.
Once you can do them easily, try widening your grip. This makes the movement harder & utilizes more of your shoulders and back muscles.
You can use your legs for momentum in the beginning, but if you want build explosive strength, focus on mainly using your upper body.
So many people focus on the quantity of their reps rather than the quality.
They tend to use momentum rather than focusing on the mind to muscle connection.
Notice how in the first part of this vid, my reps are fast and unstable.
Doing slow and controlled reps means your muscles have more T.U.T (Time Under Tension). This will help you gain more muscle, and also help prevent you from getting long term joint problems/injuries.
If you don’t have the strength to do clean reps, build up your strength with lat pull downs and assisted pull ups.
The best way to get your veins to show is by getting down to a really low body fat percentage.
Your water & sodium intake are also crucial for maximum vascularity.
The less water weight (amount of water your body retains) you are storing, the more vascular you will you look.
By drinking tons of water and consuming less sodium you can reduce your water weight.
The sauna is another great way to keep your water weight down.
