Ah, the Weekly Agenda, the spread where your whole week lives and the second spread to fill out every week ✍🏻 I love these pages. It’s where I can block out time to work on different projects (around toddler time) and tick off my daily priorities ☑️ Is there any better feeling than ticking off a list?! 💁🏻♀️ #SundaysAreForPlanning
Now this is something I’m gonna make for my vehicle-loving little guy! Bulsa wood + paint = too easy! 🤞🏻
Hey Friday! 👋
Let's be honest, this time of the year can be super stressful.
I'm talking about those who are planning, shopping, and trying to get everything done.
Just remember to take an extra moment for yourself with your increased stress. You got this 💕
Reminder 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼 As I watch my Figure Your Life Out students go through the discomfort that’s required to transform their lives, I’ve become REALLY present to this 💭 When I’m the one in discomfort it’s so hard to see it as a good thing - but when I’m coaching others I can see that we’re going to experience discomfort ANYWAY, so why not at least make it the helpful kind? 😅
As you begin to consider what you want out of 2019, I hope it’s something that makes you uncomfortable. Really, REALLY, uncomfortable 🤗
The temptation with goals is to always set ones that are ‘realistic’ - meaning they’re already within our current belief system and who we’re already being. And the main reason that we do this is to avoid the disappointment we’re going to create for ourselves if we don’t achieve that goal 🙃
I want to invite to set a goal that really puts you to the test, that really requires something of you. And I want to remind you that, at the end of 2019, you have the option to feel proud of yourself regardless of whether you were ‘successful’ or not 🙏🏼
As always, I’m sharing this because it’s the work I’m currently doing but I hope it’s given you something to think about and that in 2019 you really push your mind to consider all of the possibilities that you’ve never let yourself consider before. It may not feel ‘realistic’ but if it felt realistic, it would mean you don’t have to grow to get it xx
It’s Friday and you know what that means.... happy hour! What’s your favorite cocktail? I want to try some new ones.
Classy and a bit bad arsey? This one’s for you! ☕️
Way to go, Luxembourg! #Trailblazer
The world is overflowing with Goodness!!
Don’t forget to get your daily cup of Optimism right here @ GTC! 💚
While rail travellers in Britain prepare for tickets to cost 3.1 per cent more in 2019, Luxembourg is set to become the first country in the world to abolish all fares on public transport. •
From summer 2019, tickets are set to be abolished. Part of the cost will be covered by removing a tax break for commuters.
The move will save on the collection and processing of fares. It may also encourage a shift away from private cars; traffic congestion, especially around Luxembourg City, is a serious problem.

You know what they say, “don’t work with kids or animals”? Well Indie is kind of both to me, so I thought she would be sum-thin’ spesh. Uhhhhh... turns out I was wrong. 🤦♀️ Way to ruin a good #selfiemoment
She does, however: - keep me company on rainy days in the office, like today (what’s with cold days in December, #adelaide
- give me empathetic looks when the rugrats are feeling particularly hyperactive
- loves her little sheep (my real babies) unconditionally
- shows the utmost patience when the eldest sheep forgets to feed her on time
Do you have a fluffy friend who oversees your office management? 🐶 🐱

Lately I feel like some of the people around me have been questioning my decisions, and then acting shocked and disappointed when I haven’t disclosed every detail of my personal life to them.
I’ve learned (the hard way) that I no longer need to live my life according to the standards and expectations other people put on me, as often this is driven by their own insecurities and inhibitions. The moment you are doing something out of the norm, outside of the ordinary, be prepared for judgment, scrutiny and negativity, even from people you least expect it from.
I’ve learned to live my life for ME. To do what feels right for me. And to sit in the drivers seat when it comes to living my life. I don’t owe anyone any explanations, and neither do you #bihquotes
Hey Friends 👋 For those that are new or newish around here, I'm Chanelle, your family and newborn lifestyle photographer, capturing your beautiful memories in and around Perth, although I have been known to stray back to Auckland NZ for a few sessions every now and then, so if you want to keep up to date with my travel plans, make sure you have subscribed to my email list. I am a Mum to my only baby who has just finished her first year of Kindy 😱 (like where did the time go!) and we recently acquired a little fur baby for my daughters 5th birthday who I am sure you will get to know fairly well throughout my IG stories! ⠀
I can not understand for the life of me how someone can be a Christmas grinch, but boy am I behind on all things Christmas this year, when in the past I've been able to consider myself fairly on top of it all. In saying that, I have already organised 'Santas Present' and our tree does look amazing, (and so it should with the $150 worth of Christmas ornaments I spent this year 😅) best year for our tree yet I reckon! ⠀
Right now though, I'm over here waiting for my (i guess) early Christmas present to be delivered - renewing phone contracts tend to come with their perks and this will be my first BRAND NEW phone in probably over 7 years, because I've always been the one to accept the hand me downs - so you can see why I might be a bit excited about that!⠀
Tell me are you a grinch or are you for all things Christmas? What's you're favourite part about Christmas??⠀

What are you working on this week?
I have come to learn that connection — true, gracious, authentic connection — does not require confidence.
It requires consciousness.
I think many of us have it backwards. I've witness women withhold themselves from encounters because they don't feel ready enough, or good enough, or open enough, or feminine enough, etc.
Of course, the reason I can see this so keenly is because it was my very own anthem for 30 years. These days, though, I try to sing a different tune.
Life is not, you know, just this random thing that seems to be happening to us, pulling us in conflicting directions; yes, it may be that it demands a lot from us, and sometimes, that will spill over into disappointment. But to weigh our life and experiences up against the folks around us only leads to more despair. It feeds into the narrative of being fundamentally flawed, broken, lacking.
Injecting consciousness into the equation, by default, implies that we're acutely aware of the consciousness of all humanity. This brings a togetherness which simply does not have time or energy for the damning state of self-belittlement.
So won't you revel in the beauty of your own consciousness today? Inquiring minds would like to know.
