Wear your crown even in moments of doubt and moments where you feel weary and unloved. It’s hard to love yourself and to forgive yourself. You are beyond beautiful for your hair, your skin, your aura, your presence. Pay no mind to the hatred, pay no mind to people who don’t understand you. As long as you understand you. Accept your soul, your mind, your thoughts for what they are. Beautiful queen. An artistic mess, a heavy heart, baggage filled with mistakes and flaws, but you are magical. People still stare and admire. Know what you bring to the table. My lovely, chaotic, real ass females. ❤️ You’re special to me. - @tiarashantelle

I have spent a long time in my life caring about what others think of me. Unfortunately...that’s how society conditions us, right? We went out to a concert last night and I felt a little awkward as I looked around and noticed I was one of the few people dancing! I almost stopped. I almost gave up on my own fun time to avoid what others would think of me 🤦🏻♀️ and then I thought- “I’m an idiot- why would I do that? Who cares what other people think”
I’m done with caring what someone else might think about me (maybe not completely done...I’ll need to keep reminding myself). But I don’t want to pretend like no one is watching and I’m all alone here. I want to live life knowing that everyone is watching- but I don’t care if they see me dancing and enjoying life in my own way! ❤️
| Surround yourself with people who push you to fulfill your potential, and who don’t tear you down when you use your voice, or further yourself from you were when you all first met, or when you accomplish your any of your goals. 💋 Surround yourself with people you aspire to be like, who motivate you to be the best post version of yourself. 💋 Surround yourself with people who tell you that you SHOULD be selfish; that you SHOULD speak your mind, and not succumb to others’ petty thoughts and insecure complaints. 💋 Surround yourself with people who don’t ask you to sacrifice any part of who you are for their benefit, and who don’t guilt you with manipulative words with the excuse, “I’m telling you this because I care.” 💋 Be you. Do you. And don’t apologize for who you are. Ever. Self reflect and remain humble, always. But do not lower your standards for someone else’s convenience. 💋 these #GIRLBOSS

Often we ask, how much longer until we reach success? How many more steps to go?
Sometimes it feels like we have so many steps on the stairs to go.
But, do we stop? Of course not! We keep going because we know we will see our dreams when we reach up top.
Cherish yourself while you are on this journey of a lifetime. Don’t forget to celebrate the steps you’ve taken and how far you’ve gotten.
Your little victories matter too. You are worth it and already are successful in your own right.

I’ve had moments where I’ve forgotten. Forgotten what it means to be a woman. Forgotten who I was and why I’m here. In those moments I’ve wanted to toss in the towel in utter defeat and let someone else handle life for me so that I don’t have to carry what sometimes feels like a heavy burden to make life matter, to have an impact, and to do something meaningful. Being an entrepreneur is probably the most spiritually challenging journey on the planet. It can feel lonely and grueling, ruthless and painful. We stand on the frontlines, at war with ourselves, our lineage, and the collective unconscious, all in one. It’s a journey of choosing consciously to stare pain straight in the eyes and let it wash over me. To find pleasure in the adversity that always precedes my monumental quantum leaps. In the name of growth and expansion, and of knowing myself ever more wholly. As I tap into the tools I’ve learned along the way and move through a seemingly endless process to the other side, something miraculous happens. I touch a life. I witness someone I care deeply about soften to let love into her heart for the first time in years. I see her step into her power, get ignited by the hope of the more waiting just around the bend for her, and I remember. I remember that all I have to do is remember who I am, and then to fully, sensually, unapologetically embody her in all her vulnerable force; in all her tender mightiness. Heart blown open to let god move through me. Wild and uncontrolled, moveable and connected. At one, not at odds, with the universe.
It’s Day 21 and the girls in my July Group Coaching program finished their journal today! We had so much fun hearing about everyone’s week and sharing our own personal experiences. We were sad that it ended but these girls now feel more happy, confident and positive! And they even made some new friends! We would love for you to join us sometime- just let me know if you’re interested! 💛 Have a blessed Sunday and remember to always have faith in yourself!
