I’m not a fan of the word “cheat”. 🚫 Cheat meals, cheat days, none of it. If you have something that’s not supportive of your lifestyle (ie something not as healthy, like a brownie), recognize it but move on! ✌🏼 Don’t let it ruin your day or your whole damn week. -
You can’t expect perfection in any area of your life - your diet included! So why are we so hard on ourselves?
You have to have balance, and if you let something like that throw you off then you’ll upset the scales (no pun intended). Rather than feeling like you blew it and saying “f*** this” and going crazy, accept the situation and get right back to the habits that make you feel your best. 🌿 Restore the balance and create peace, not further anxiety. 🌼
