#Water is the most precious natural resource on Earth and how we use it affects everyone. #KeepUpWater is partnering with schools; parents and corporates in a #SaveWater Art Poster meant to raise awareness about water conservation. Schools and parents are invited to create posters for the #KeepUpSaveWater Challenge that illustrate fun and unique ways to conserve water as #SouthAfrica 🇿🇦faces stifling #drought ! This initiative seeks help from students within our communities to educate the public about the importance of #water conservation through the use of original art. Students and parents are asked to create a unique poster that illustrates a message about #water conservation. Posters are judged based on the use of colour, theme and originality. Selected posters will be featured in this year’s #WorldWaterDay booklet developed by #KeepUpWater . Plus an original poster will be wall-painted professionally at all the schools that participate in this initiative. Nominate a school or get yourself and your family a #SaveWater poster pack! We educate and reward schools for #SavingWater and #UsingWaterWisely . The amount of water available for use remains the same, and despite plans to increase storage capacity through the building of new dams or water transfer schemes, predictions are that the demand for water will outstrip supply by 2025. The only answer to this dilemma lies in changing people's attitude and thus their behaviour to use water more wisely! The #KeepUpSaveWater campaign is working with schools to teach kids about how to save water can have a big impact. KEEP UP!🛒 www.keepupwater.com 📸 by @bonganiyoungiie_sa
