RECAP (Regular Season - Week 14): Colts - 24 Texans - 21 #ColtsWin
The Colts won their seventh regular season game of 2018. T.Y. Hilton had 199 receiving yards while Eric Ebron caught his 12th touchdown of the season. #INDvsHOU
In the first quarter, Houston’s Alfred Blue scored the first points of the game on a 3-yard rushing touchdown. This (and the extra point by Ka’imi Fairbairn) gave the Texans a 7-0 lead after one.
In the second quarter, the Colts scored 17 straight points. Marlon Mack gave the Colts their first points of the game on a 4-yard rushing touchdown. This (and the extra point by Adam Vinatieri) tied the game up at 7-7. Then, Eric Ebron caught a 14-yard touchdown to give Indianapolis a 14-7 lead (after Adam Vinatieri made the extra point). Finally, right before the half, Adam Vinatieri nailed a 54-yard field goal to give the Colts a 17-7 lead heading into the locker room.
In the third quarter, the Texans scored on a 1-yard rush by Lamar Miller. This (and the extra point by Ka’imi Fairbairn) cut the lead to 17-14. However, the Colts responded with a 12-yard touchdown pass from Andrew Luck to Zach Pascal. This (and the extra point by Adam Vinatieri) gave the Colts a 10-point lead once again.
In the fourth quarter, DeAndre Hopkins pulled the Texans within 3 by catching a 7-yard touchdown (and Ka’imi Fairbairn making the extra point). However, the Texans could not score one more time, giving Indianapolis the win.
