This is what we do in our down time 😂Kelsie & i being silly on tea break. I love my tribe & I even know all their names that’s a first🤣. I have no choice i have to leave, Thursday will be my last day. I might get lucky enough to cross over into the Sunday tribe but I don’t know I hate the unknown. I’ll miss Frazor’s energy, Tim, Scott, Liv, Kelsie, Frank, Will, brad & of course Kelsie. A crossover is ideal but a stretch. We are so close to the end of the year that a start up when these guys wrap is only 4 months. I am struggling with the ovaries complex cysts they knock you around energy wise and either way I have to back out for surgery. Which I can’t wait for cancer or not cysts R the cause of my bloating so that will lessen! No more wide load or fake baby belly. Hi! How’s going? Mine is going well, even if I’m tired because I always have super-busy days 😅 In this time, with up to 5h per day of classes, I understood more than before that your good work depends on 50% sleep and relax and 50% food. I wanted to talk you about how to have a strong mindset, because ballet is 50% a matter of strong mind. Starting from the beginning you have to think about that your sacrifices are not so, they’re just “swaps” in order to realize your dream. Stop thinking about “I can’t do this” “I can’t do that” with friends. You have a different life, and if your friends are true, they should understand that you’re not avoiding them, but you’re busy with your ballerina’s life! This just happened to me, but I stay strong because ballet is what I really want to do 💪🏻 Then, you have to concentrate yourself the night before class: go to bed early, massage your body and stretch a little bit. Then, the next morning, you’ll be more concentrate. Eat well and sleep well. When you don’t eat you don’t have energy, when you don’t sleep you don’t have energy, too!!! Be careful on what you want but also on what you like! It’s wrong to abnegate everything because you should and you MUST do something relaxing and funny. Simply check if it’s good for you. 😊 And then, if you have class in the morning like me, make sure to eat a nutritious breakfast, so you won’t feel low in energy after two hours! I always eat dried fruits but In extreme cases I take what you see in the photo: it’s a simple boost of proteins chocolate-flavoured that give me long-lasting energy again. Some days it’s really hard because I start at 8 and I finish at 2pm...and then I go to school! 😱😱😱 It’s a very busy day with no other time left to relax, that is why as I arrive at home I eat my dinner and then go to sleep as soon as I prepared all the things I need for the next day. And then...well, it all starts again. 😃 I love my life, but I even love more the support I have from all my family. This is a true real gift 😍💞

For the past couple of weeks I have not gone past 70lbs for the incline press. Instead I was focusing more on the squeeze and trying to get a real pump going aiming between 12-15 reps. This time around I decided to try the 90lbs/40.8kg dumbbells and see just how many reps I can get. Recently I have been seeing many people on social media expressing their fitness goals, how they are going to get there, how clean they have been eating for a few days, etc. I like the idea of putting your goals out there and holding yourself accountable but that’s the thing not many people hold themselves accountable and follow through to what they are saying. Remember this: you are what you do, not what you say you’ll do. - This can relate to anything not just being fit. Practice following through on your word and develop the discipline to get to your desired goal. Use fitness as a starter then once you get that down apply to it to other areas of your life and things will start to turn around! Нашла сегодня трек, который слушала полтора года назад. Был мороз, он обжигал щеки и вызывал ощущение, что пар от дыхания превращается в маленькие снежные облачка. Руки мёрзли даже в длинных кожаных перчатках, а коленки онемели даже под джинсами. От моего дома до офиса было около километра, до тренажерки метров 500. И я прекрасно помню это желание: бегом пробежать это расстояние, чтобы не было этого неприятного ощущения онемевших щёк. . . Я не люблю мороз. Может быть, иногда скучаю по хрусту снега под ногами. Или по запаху прорастающей под подтаявшим настом травы. По ландышам скучаю, которые продают бабушки вдоль дороги. И по березовому соку, который можно пить прямо из дерева весной. Но я выбрала место, где цветут франжипани. Они пахнут вкусно, круглый год. Круглый год сплошного пахучего лета и круглый год солоноватого привкуса моря на моих губах.
