But these photos are for ME to track my progress because for 80 days I'm gonna be super obsessed with my health. And for my super supportive tribe of badass peeps 👯🙏🏻- we stay accountable on our 📱♥️. I couldn't do it without them--- it's WAY more fun to show up for yourself when there's a whole bunch of rad people doing it, too ✌🏻. I've committed to programs for 21 days and THAT is hard, so I can rest assured this is gonna be hard AF.
My day didn't start like I had planned because this program actually does require a lot of planning (like I said hardest I've done!), almost pushed it off until tomorrow... then decided to do the best I could because THAT is what being accountable is all about. Just doing it and staying committed even when it's super hard, cuz to be honest- it ALWAYS is hard. You just decide what hard you wanna live 🙌🏼. I never stuck with ANYTHING until these online programs 💻. I was the girl who "didn't workout" and would crash diet and feel crappy about myself--- I'd be projecting my own 💩 crappiness onto everything around me. So having access to workouts, community and nutrition plans WAS and IS the life changer for me... #proudofme
