One day the joy of fanning out avocados will leave my body never to return. Somehow I don’t think that day is anytime soon πŸ„πŸ½β€β™€οΈ. Musing on what discipline with wellness looks like for different people. Does it manifest for you in the form of a food diary or is it about making mindful choices with how we move our bodies and how we choose to eat. Is it the non-negotiable morning yoga or sweating up a river at bootcamp. For me, trying to infuse love with discipline works well. I choose to exercise because it’s such a wonderful release. Not because I enjoy punishing myself. I choose to eat in alignment with my body because it keeps me balanced, keeps me sane. Key word being that everything I do is a choice. Remembering that I get to create my life, 60 seconds at a time is my most powerful tool. Musings musings. I should probably do some work now. Happiest Tuesday πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ + On my plate πŸ‘†πŸ½: @goodgrainbakery gluten free brown loaf (best 🍞 ever), avocado, sea salt, black pepper and lemon. #AvocadoToast #BlissfullyMorgs
Early work meeting this morning which gave me the space for a twinkly dawn walk into central London. Pre-rush, pre-car horns, just me and my podcasts and the world seems right way round again. Although of course the day I’m organised and pack my breakfast.. is the day I forget that my company is incredible and provided almost every dairy-free, gluten-free, yummy vegan breakfast alternatives that I could ever want. Doh! + In my (redundant) bowl πŸ‘†πŸ½: organic jumbo oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, PB, banana, cinnamon and almond milk. (brands tagged) #BlissfullyMorgs

Sunday, what is UP! Spent the weekend with my momma and little brother, eating, taking selfies and trying to shout louder than each other. We took a breakfast picnic to Regents Park early this morning and sat amongst the keen runners, brave squirrels and golden coloured leaves as the sun came up. I made some cacao peanut butter granola (recipe this week) and we drank tea and watched the park stir to life. But this simple and relaxed way to start a Sunday is such a privilege. It's not the story of the majority of humans around the world who don't get to simply switch off for whatever reason (fiscal, emotional, situational) and that's a really humbling thought. So my intention this week is to recognise my supreme blessings and the ease to which my life flows. Rained on? I have a hot shower and warm bed at home. Long queue for coffee? To be able to afford a drink simply for pleasure rather than necessity is incredible. Tourists who walk slowly and delay everyone? I love being a tourist when I'm away so I should just lighten the fuck up and let them enjoy their trip ✌🏽 #BlissfullyMorgs
