Give it time: Patience is a virtue it took me yrs to reach the level success I have reached in this business. Getting into the game I wanted to become Mr Olympia overnight but I came to that sudden realization at my first competition, that that wasn't gonna happen as fast I wanted it to happen. Dieting can suck some time training twice a day when you don't feel like it can suck even worst. These are the things that can make you or break you. And it broke me for 2yrs I took time off after I injured my shoulder, which then i gave myself an excuse to start partying and gambling having fun things i couldn't do when I was training to become the greatest in the world. I had fun and enjoyed myself for a while, but I woke up one day and realized something was missing in my life and I knew exactly what it was, it was bodybuilding and even tho I had a ball partying with friends that feeling just doesn't compare to the fun that I have living a healthy lifestyle, and killing it in the gym each and everyday. So I found my passion again with the help of a new support system I'm back and better than ever and this time I don't plan to stop for nothing or no one. It's all about bringing a level of completeness when you hit that stage. When your in the gym focus more on your weak points then your strong points, if you have strong delts but weak biceps and triceps then make that shoulder day a triceps and bicep day. There is no such thing as over training unless you have completely worn the fascia down and that takes yrs of intense training.
