Yes!! Don't fall victim to the epidemic that is NOT taking responsibility for your actions.
Just own it. We all screw up, like...DAILY! Stop feeling ashamed when you mess up and instead celebrate the screw ups when you own up to them.
There's nothing I respect more than when people just own up to their screw ups. It makes it SO much easier to just forgive, drop it and move the hell on! It's super healing to look deep into every conflict in your life and own your part in it.

“Loving my body in all of its strength, and EVERY part of me, inside and out, like never before. This year has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs and ins and outs. I have accomplished so much and know deep down in my heart that it all stems from my change of mindset. To a mindset of loving myself, first.
I have always known I was meant to be a champion for a more sustainable planet, and a place where nature’s creatures are cared for… but I wasn’t treating myself with the same compassion that I gave for my cause… I wasn’t until this year and it’s amazing to see my growth. Here’s to an amazing journey that I wouldn’t change for the world! What are you working towards to reach your goals?"

Loyalty and integrity are huge, but remember to use your discernment as to what is worth your time and commitment. A lot of people will lean on you when there's no one there and forget about you when things get better. This happens often to good hearted open people who want to support something they believe in, but don't fully believe in their ability to manifest their own dreams.
I'm writing this now because it's time for all of us to start believing in ourselves instead of feeding the dreams of others. I have a dream of sharing the purest and highest vibrational tools with the world. I know others have the same vision of a cleaner, more loving world and now it's time for me to trust and expand on all levels. The physical body must be purified, the mental body must be balanced, and the emotional body must be clear and open to the truth.
I want you all to take a moment and ask yourself, 'Am I living my dreams, or am I making someone else's dream a reality?'.. For most of us it is the latter. This year, let's take the steps together to be our very best selves and bring this pure white light to all that walk the surface of the Earth. Now is the time to make moves.. Now is the time to make it happen.💪😁💛

I am SO stoked it's Friday it's ridiculous. On that note, family, school, work & all things life can be stressful. Stress with our kids can be something we dismiss with our kids as something they just have to deal with, it being part of life and maybe a sprinkle of over exaggeration.
Teaching our kids constructive, healthy ways to de-stress is pretty important. When they simply don't know they can internalize, get stomach aches and sometimes make some 'no bien' decisions.
Here's FIVE of my 'Chill your Stress Fest' list for both you and your kids....if we don't deal in a healthy way it'll kick our butts:1) Chat: Have someone to chat to. They do not serve the purpose of therapist. Too many peeps just don't chat at all, feel like an obligation and this is internalizing. Chat..it's healthy!
2) Play: I said it. We can often take life way too seriously and so can our kids. You're never too old to play. Smile, have fun and breathe. Ride your bike, make a bonfire, take a day trip and play frisbee on the beach. Life is too short not to play & realize the gift of life.
3) Get Physical: Sit still most of the day? Hit a punching bag, do push ups until your arms are numb, kick boxing or running your face off...get physical. Our endorphins need churning and stress will decrease when you get your groove on.
4) Essential oils: I am a BIG believer in getting that diffuser on when we or our kids are sleeping. Diffuse, it helps. Kick in some lavender or roman chamomile drops = awesomeness! Chill during the day? Take a little coconut oil and a few drops of lavender / rc & put it on the bottom of your kids feet. Boom! Check out: https://goodnesschick.com/goodness-2-goodness/ for some other sweet ideas to get your zen on.
5) Nature: Earth. Fresh air. Goodness. If you or your kids are not getting at least 10 minutes of fresh air a day even when it's super chilly it can kick up the stress level when we're locked inside all day. No bien. Nature rocks!Utilize this list...it'll make life, well, a little less loco! Happy Friday!

I went into a @johnlewisretail
shop today to see the supposedly unisex children’s clothes section. Everything had a ‘boy and girl’ label, including the dresses, which was a good start but all the clothes were still segregated... the boy / girl divide was so obvious it’s almost laughable that they think they’ve made a massive change to the layout of this part of the store. My 4 year old wouldn’t have noticed any change as the changes have been made to the signs and labels... she can’t yet read!!!! What would have been better if they’d tried to integrate the clothes more, for example the pyjamas could have all been mixed up. Apologies for the photos... they’re not great but I hope they get my point across!
• How To Win In Business •
“But what if they say NO?” .
I spent last weekend down in LA and was fortunate to attend @michaelzeller
’s Rising Stars Mastermind.
At the event, I sat through hours of discussion from top entrepreneurs like @lewishowes
, and a few more. .
The one common thing that all of these wildly successful people had? A “nothing to lose” mentality.
They all started their entrepreneur journey with a plan to change the world in some way and continue to pursue their truth and share it with the world every single day.
They aren’t afraid to have someone tell them, “No.” They aren’t afraid to move forward without having all of the answers. And they definitely aren’t afraid to put aside what others will think of them. .
Want to win in business? Be fearless in the pursuit of YOUR THING 💣
When you do that, the rest comes pretty easily…

“There is always room for change, but you have to be open to that change.” ~
My to-do list: drink a second cup and consult with my parenting guru, Kim John Payne.
We have had a tough couple of days with sibling bickering and little girls with selective hearing. Getting out of the house yesterday didn’t really make things better so today I’m pulling them in close, looking in their eyes, listening to their hearts, and offering myself to them. Parenting is so much harder and more beautiful than I ever imagined. And when I reframe my mindset to one of compassion and growth and let go of my own frustrations I can meet their needs and guide them forward. And they can guide me as well.

"Today I had one of the hardest experiences with a client, whom I am keeping anonymous. A 16-year-old girl who has been dealing with severe depression for a few years came in. She got to the point where she felt so down and so worthless she couldn't even brush her hair. She told me she only got up to use the restroom. She starts back at school in a few weeks, but she has her school pictures today. When she walked in, she told us, 'Just cut it all off. I can't deal with the pain of combing it out.' She called herself worthless for it. It honestly broke my heart and we tried everything we could to keep this child's hair for her! At the end of the day, I want this to be a lesson to people. Mental health is a real thing. It affects people all around the world and of all ages! Parents, take it seriously. Don't just push your kids off and tell them to get over something they legitimately can't. A child should NEVER feel so worthless to not even want to brush her hair.
After being here 8 hours yesterday and 5 hours today, we finally made this beautiful girl smile and feel like she IS worth something! Her last words to me were, 'I will actually smile for my schools pictures today. You made me feel like me again.'" (via Kayley Olsson/Facebook)
